Smoothie King — Restaurant in Berwyn

My family have serious issues with dairy. I ordered a strawberry kiwi breeze with no protein or dairy. When I received my smoothie the from the young lady with the bright red hair, I noticed the color of the smoothie and asked her if it had any dairy in it. She rudely replied no. I grabbed the smoothie which the cup was wet, sticky and covered with smoothie because she did not wipe it off. While wiping my cup off with napkins I asked the server again if the smoothie had dairy in it. She again replied rudely no. Low and behold my son and I began to drink the smoothie and noticed it had a weird chalky taste to it and the powder began to separate from the smoothie it was confirmed that she did and factor make the smoothie with the dairy protein and lied about it. Luckily only a little bit was drunken and hopefully we don't get sick from it. I immediately stop to write this review because if we do get sick. This will become a more serious issue. Friday 9/12/25 between 11:15am and 11:30am First time experiencing this place when I came in no acknowledgment. Read the menu for what I wanted asked another customer that was in there also, which side to order since the 3 people who where behind the counter looked at me a couple times but still haven’t acknowledged me. Went to register. A guy came in after me one of the young ladies who looked at me twice but still haven’t said anything asked him if he needed help. So asked her who is working the register she act like she don’t understand me and I had repeated myself 3 times finally the guy came to register to take my order. After my order was complete the young lady who ignored me then acted as if she couldn’t comprehend my question called my name place my order down rolled her eyes and walked away. Placed an online order on Saturday 3/12 at 817am with pick time for 827. I went and picked up at 836 the store was locked and closed. Their hours are 8am-9pm on Saturdays. No one was there. I left a message and Rajaa called me back. He refunded my money and offered to comp me a smoothie.This after attempting to tell me my smoothies were there and ready and that and someone was at the store in am.Well I have pictures and video showing otherwise. He apologized and said he’d talk to staff.

Fast forward a week on Saturday 3/19 I placed an online order again around 804am and went to pick up around 824 and the stores was once again closed. No one there all doors locked.
