I was a regular customer but today’s order is going to be my last. The last time I placed an order, they made a mistake and forgot to send 1 of my pizza and pasta primavera. Tried to call the place but line was always busy, had to call over and over to get my order fixed. Spoke to assistant manager Ashley and she said she was gonna send someone to deliver the rest of my order as well as a “Free Soda” as compensation for their mistake. Order arrived but we didn’t get the soda, driver said it was not on the receipt. Called the store again. Spoke to Ashley again, she apologized for the mistake and said the “Free Soda” will be credited to my “Next delivery order” and that she made a note and wrote it down and my phone number and all I have to do was call the store to get my free soda… Which brings us to today! I did the usual, made our usual orders that usually totals around $60-70 or more, ordered in the app then called the store like Ashley said, spoke to a guy manager today (forgot his name) and was asked what kind of soda I want and he said they’ll send it over, but when my order arrived still no soda. Driver said it wasn’t written down, no note whatever. I guess this is some kind of a scam they have to just get you ordering again and again and again, and they’ll just tell you they’ll compensate you the “next time” but they don’t follow through with their promise. I dislike stores that makes it a habit of Lying to their customers. And what’s worse is calling them after receiving your order and you can’t even get a hold of the store unless you try maybe 500 times. Had no trouble contacting them before I got my order, but I guess they block your number after you make your order. I should have stopped ordering from them when they made that mistake. No matter how good the food is, never ordering again. Poor customer service from managers. Picture attached shows the number of times I tried to call to see if the line is no longer busy. Still have not talked to the manager I spoke to earlier. This is not just about a free soda as compensation, its how managers handle a situation when they...

Worst experience ever!
On November 15th, we ordered two specialty pizzas.
They showed up an hour and a half late and were inedible.
The thin crust Pacific Veggie was cold and soggy; it resembled a flour tortilla. It was so disgusting even the dog wouldn’t eat it. The 6-cheese was so cold and hard you couldn’t bite it.
Called the store, they said “we’re kind of busy” and hung up…
Contacted Corporate Customer service; they promised me someone from the store would get in touch with me.
That was almost a month ago and not only haven’t they contacted me, but calling the store and asking for the manager gets me hung up on!
Corporate sent another email saying the same thing with a $10 gift card (after 6 more attempts to get this resolved)
This has been the WORST experience ever. The food was substandard and inedible, and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.
This is still not resolved, other than they have lost us as customers forever.
There are much better Pizza places in the Berwyn area; Pizza Hut, Papa John’s, Lil Caesar’s and two regional chains Home Run Inn (less than two blocks from this filthy restaurant) and Slice Factory.
Funny, but all of these have no trouble delivering hot delicious pizza on time and actually answer their phone if there’s a problem.
Inedible substandard slop and non-existent service. Only go here if you like throwing money away.
If I could rate negative...
Read moreHostile and rude. The manager Alan and two staff members were extremely rude and hanged up on me. They seemed angry that I called to correct my number on file. I immediately called minutes from placing the orders and the guy on the phone seem disoriented and said their making my pizza without mushroom because they didn't have any. I said thats fine and said I was calling just to correct my number on file he seemed angry and said he didnt understand what I was saying and just said "what do you want" and I told him if i could speak to a manager and he said no why did i want to speak to one. He finally passed me to his manager allan who was also angry and I explained the situation and he wqas just as angry and called me hostile for pointing out how rude his co worker was. Truly an odd experience. I understand bad days happen at work I work in fast food industry as a manager and I see both sides. In this case the staff calling me names being rude for a simple number change is uncalled for. They also lied and said they tried to deliver the food and no one answered because of the wrong number. Seems impossible to bake and deliver a pizze in less then five minutes and the other em,ployee said they were still making it. All in all I say stay away from this place. The staff is off and seems to be done with their job and take it out...
