Whatever you do ……DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM THIS PLACE. Do not. Save your self the trouble. I dont EVER leave negative reviews but i’m most certainly going to leave one for this place. I order a cake online Thursday morning about 10:40am for it to be ready friday at 12pm. Used a coupon for $5 off no biggie. Went to go pick it up around 1:30pm and its no where to be found. After waiting for a good 15-20mins I was told by I’m assuming the manager “Ray” that they never received my order. I also already PAID $56.47 for a 1/2 sheet cake which is on my bank statement. The manager told me they had a cake made already…..mind you, not the flavor cake i wanted but i didnt have time to place a whole new order as i need the cake for Saturday morning. And i could come pick it up at 7:30 PM and i have to pay for it again but apparently they never received my payment. I came to pick up my cake at 9:30pm THURSDAY NIGHT and the manager was trying to have me pay $62 and some change because i didn’t have the coupon code with me because i ALREADY PLACED THE ORDER and now the coupon is gone. This place is seriously a dump. Unorganized. Miscommunication. And wont pay a single penny to this...

Huge disappointment today. Had ordered 6 dozen donuts for students three days earlier. Order was made with the manager who assured me he could get the order fulfilled correctly and on time for today, Oct. 29 at 6:30 a.m. My students were excited and expecting this treat as a celebration for a writing project. They expected to have the donuts today. At about 6:15 a.m., I was called by a worker telling me the order was not ready, and also the manager had only told them to prepare 4 dozen. From what I understood, the manager had just told them about the order right before the call. The worker apologized, and it clearly was not their fault but the manager's. I was told they would deliver them to my school, but that did not happen. Since I am a teacher, my cell phone was silenced most of the day, and I found a voicemail was left at 8:30 and 9:30 saying the donut order, two hours late, was ready, and they would deliver if I called them back. They had my school's address, as I had given it to them in the morning. Needless to say my students were very disappointed. I will never visit this...

The worst Dunkin Donuts ever, they always give you the wrong things, I use the drive thru and 1 out 2 they screw up your order, the place could be pack with customers but you always find the manager outside smoking and playing with her phone, I called few weeks ago to complaint about an uncooked meat sandwich that was also missing the egg and her answer was "WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO" . I went this morning to get the coffee and after the girl repeated the order back to me 3 times which was dark roast with 2 sweet and low she gave me vanilla . This happens all the time. I get coffee in the morning on my way in to work and in the evening for all the employees at the dealership but I am sick and tired of that place and again the worst thing is that the manager there does not care, she spends more time outside smoking than making sure her employees know what they are doing. I love your coffee but I hate that place so much that I am trying to find another coffee shop. I have been your customer for the last 27 years but that is about to change, please do something...
