Dunkin' — Restaurant in Berwyn

Been coming to this dunkin for years. Used to be good before "the new team" moved in a few weeks ago. I get the same thing every time I go, a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns with a coffee, maybe avocado toast.

Do not order any food, you will waste your time and money. Hashbrowns now come DRY and taste like they've been sitting out waiting for someone to order them andngot cold. The bread they use for avocado toast isn't toasted at all so when it isn't stale bread like I most recently received, it's soggy and falls apart lol.

Same with the sandwiches. You can ask for it to be on an everything bagel, have you repeat it, they repeat it back to you, and STILL give you a regular bagel.

Customer service is now nonexistent. The usual cashier/window lady there is rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. She gives you your stuff rings you up, passive-aggressively gives you your (sometimes right) order, says nothing, but is sure to have a permanent stank look on her.

I know these are "first world problems" but when you're selling a product and intend to keep money coming into your business, you need to do it right. Put someone with some Customer service skills in that window. ...

This Dunkin is insane. First time I ever came a few months ago, it was great! I was so glad to find a Dunkin I liked. Then the 3 times after that were terrible. Orders being put in wrong. Rude cashier. We even saw the girl at the window drop a hot coffee on someone in the drive thru. Didn’t offer any napkins or an apology, even after the driver asked if he gets an apology at least and she stayed quiet. We have called 5 times trying to speak to a manager because that was insane to see. I shouldn’t have to go inside again to haven’t drink made right. Today I tried to get the $6 combo and only asked for no bacon on the bagel because of dietary needs. They told us at the window they weren’t going to do that and we are paying for everything separately. Even charged me for a croissant instead of a bagel. When we asked why we can’t get the deal even though we are removing an item, they just said the promotion doesn’t apply to my dietary needs. She also didn’t know our order and after every item kept asking “what are you missing” and proceeded to hand the wrong items (hot drinks instead of cold when they were typed in as cold too). I went inside to order and a very young gentleman took my order (wish I would have got his) he was super nice and polite. He was patient while taking my order because I did change my mind a couple times. He made my coffee correctly and even offered me a cup holder. The only reason I gave this a four star instead of five is because while the gentleman was taking my order their was a young girl (she had tattoos & piercings) maybe even red hair but she was so rude to the gentleman. She interrupt him while he was taking my order and kept yelling at him about a freakin breakfast wrap. Literally bullying him and talking him down.
