Atmosphere: The vibe here is great! Live music always brings fantastic energy, and the atmosphere was lively and fun.
Service: Unfortunately, our experience left a lot to be desired. It may have been an off night for the service team, but they need to update their menu or at least communicate clearly with customers. If you have a QR code that leads to a menu, people will assume whatās listed is actually available.
If a dish isnāt on the menu, itās essential to tell the patron beforehand rather than substituting it with something else without any explanation. I ordered a simple Goddess salad and friesābeing vegan, Iām pretty specific about what I can and cannot have. However, when the salad arrived, I started tasting items I specifically said I couldnāt eat, like cheese, cream dressing, and croutons. Because of the dim lighting focused mostly on the stage, I didnāt realize until I took a few bites that it wasnāt the salad I ordered.
When I mentioned this to the server, he just took it back and brought out the exact same salad again after some time. I decided to speak with the manager to clarify. Thatās when I found out that none of the dietary options listed on their menu were available anymore, but rather than communicating that, they seemed annoyed that Iām kept questioning why I was getting something I didnāt order, or why I didnāt just accept what they gave me.š
Other Issues: during this now 90 minutes or so I ordered fries twice and never got them until asking a third time without ever eating a salad, because apparently the only Green leaf they had was kale, which, after a certain time of night you donāt want to eat raw kale.ā¦
Final Thoughts: Maybe it was just an off night, but first impressions are lasting impressions. My son enjoys their burgers, so he might go back, but as a vegan that occasionally eats seafood, and loves great customer service. I likely wonāt. The friesāwhen they finally arrivedāwere...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe had our wedding at Fitzgerald's in September after deciding about a month before out wedding date that we should move the party outdoors due to COVID-19 concerns. Miraculously, Fitzgerald's was available on our date and helped us move our entire wedding to this new venue in less than a month. They helped us plan out every detail and accommodated everything that we wanted and envisioned for our wedding day. Michelle was the absolute BEST to work with - we were on such a short and crazy deadline, and she made sure everything was prepped and ready for us to make our wedding day so special. The food was provided through Babygold, and it was DELICIOUS! We had so many compliments from family and friends who just LOVED the food so much. We were able to bring over the live band that we had hired for our previous venue, and the sound quality and experience was so much fun. We loved having the huge patio space with multiple areas for our guests to mingle, eat, and dance. The bar offered all their cocktails on their menu, which many places do not do. We were also able to bring in our own desserts as we had already paid for Do-Rite Donuts to supply donuts. We could not have asked for a more special and wonderful day to celebrate our wedding. We have had so many compliments from guests who just loved the space. Even though this was actually our Plan B wedding, it was far superior to what we had originally planned. I could not have asked for a better wedding venue experience, and I HIGHLY recommend that other couples consider Fitzgerald's as a wedding venue for their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible and shocking response from new owner (Will). We went to see Tex Manic's and paid for a table of 4 which according to owner were $32.00 each. Upon asking him how much general admission was, he stated $22.00. We sat at a 2nd table from the stage and thought wow what a perfect view and seats made it SO worth the money. But upon start time the whole dance floor became flooded with general admission patrons. Which blocked out view and all we looked at all night were rear ends! We basically had to ask people to give us some space for air, not to hover over us and not to place and spill their drinks on our table. It was horrible. The food we order was not good either. At the end of the night, we reached out to the owner only to have him come over and accuse us of lying about not being able to see the stage from where we were sitting. I told him, please have a seat here and let me go grab those 2 tall guys over there that were in front of us all night and you can see how we COULD NOT see the stage! He started to say oh well there is nothing I can do about it, and then he started asking if we wanted ten dollars. That was the difference of the general admission and vip seating. So, he threw us $40 on the table. Could careless and when I told him he was not going to get a good review from me, he said you are not the first to complain, so whatever. So not the response we expected from a new owner. Extremely disappointing...
