Feb'22 jumbo pizza 30+ min again waiting after verifying.1hr past time given, only difference is this will be the FIRST time I've been Met with some compromise. Was comped and waiting for it to be cooked was the only reason I stayed. Kids were already calling thinking I was the cause 😶.... 10 min later 😂😂fml. Even the comped pizza was WRONG toppings🥴🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦

*5.23. order not cut as ordered. No sausage on pizza as ordered and billed. "Nothing" they could do but come take it back and bring a new one which with them, could take an hour or more. Yeah I'll tell my kids to forget about the hot pizza sitting on the table and wait for the pizza with the topping they wanted with an unknown delivery time.

Beware the garbage online ordering. Real slow site until you pay. Removed tip since there's no dine in and it didn't show their new service tax until my receipt. Clicked to remove tip and it must've loading or bugged to go straight to ordering.

Great tasting pizza but times can vary. I usually buy the biggest pizza but there have been times I've had to wait 15 min- 1 hr minutes past the time specified. The 40 minute wait seemed to have been them forgetting to make my order so that was awful. I wouldn't go back due to the delays if my family stopped asking for it. Spent an hour waiting for the gift card I paid $50 for to be respected.. Update2 order pizza . Go pick it up and use wife's birthday coupon they emailed her only to be lied to again stating it was already used . I walked out of there down the street and got little Caesars without a hassle in and out.I'm done with it this snake pit.

Ordered a $50 pizza just for it to not be delivered on time. 1 hour minutes past, still waiting. Only ordered for party. Their pizza here is unique and amazing. The style is phenomenal, the texture is great, and the quality is awesome. Their serving is very huge, with lots of sauce, overload toppings, and layers of cheese. All of their selection for pizza is amazing! The best seller is their Factory Special and their Wings. They also offer pasta, drinks, and other sandwiches. If you are looking for a great place to spend your breakfast or brunch, this place is worth visiting. Bring and tell a friend, they will absolutely love this spot. Slice Factory is very huge, the whole place is organized, clean, and nice. The exterior is very simple, but the interior is awesome, it has a retro vibe and aesthetic. Lots of seating and tables. They also have multiple monitors to promote their different products. All of their staff is nice, friendly, helpful, and entertaining. They will actually greet you once you enter the place and even guide you to a vacant spot. All the time you are staying, they will assist you and give you all the things you need. Such an accommodating staff. Their customer service is amazing. No wonder why a lot of their old and new customers are keep coming back again and again just to order their favorite meals and offers here at Slice Factory. This location is a joke! I always order online from the one in Oak Park, which is what I did tonight. I received a call 30 minutes after I placed my online, I receive a phonecall from this location stating that the Oak Park location had a gas leak so they have to prepare my order. Since its 30 minutes after I ordered and now after 7pm, they can not accept my cash order they need a credit card. I proceed to give my card number and ask if I can get the 10% off and she says she is not authorized to do that and I can get it next time when I place another online order. Needless to say you always get 10 % off ordering online! After I give her my credit card number she now says it will be an additional hour for delivery since the Berwyn store has to now do the order. I finally get my order and am missing my slice of pizza so I call and tell her. She tells me there was no pizza slice on the order even though I tell her that I have the order email in front of me. After a brief exchange she says she sees it and forgot to add it to the order on accident. She tells me that they can bring my slice back out but I have to pat the delivery fee. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???
