I just left the drive thru, and my god, the incompetence of the girl taking my order was astounding!!! Clear English as well as common sense is clearly not something you need, to be hired at this location. Took awhile for her to say anything over the speaker, and then when she finally did it was, "uh, you can order..." in a really snarky way. Okay, sure.... it was all downhill after that. I had a pretty easy order, I thought: boneless wings and things combo with original sauce on the wings, and honey mustard dipping sauce for the fingers. Seems simple enough, right? Not even close. I said I wanted original buffalo sauce, she repeated it back as mild, and (I admit I changed my mind, since she didn't hear me right the first time) I said, "actually just make that hot honey mustard" she said okay, pull around, so I proceeded to say which drink I wanted, and that I wanted honey mustard dipping sauce for the fingers. She translated that to meaning that I wanted hot honey mustard on EVERYTHING. My question: if I wanted that, why in the world would I have ordered the "things" as well? Why not just the wings?? The entire process was just frustrating, and apparently confusing for some. On top of all of that, she was rude as hell whenever I got a response back. I think the person in the window who took my money was training, so if the person who was taking the orders was training her, and she doesn't understand simple social situations, or how to act at a place that pays your bills (it's only fast food, sure, but still human decency) then this is a sad never ending cycle, and steer clear. I don't think that another zaxbys is too far from this one... I haven't been there, but I'm sure you'll have MUCH more luck. At least I hope so...
Read moreI haven't been to this particular Zaxby's in over a year because of the quality of service I got. Well after all that time it hasn't gotten better, somehow it managed to get worse. The counter staff are completely lacking in any customer service skills or training apparently. There were several people that had already placed their order and waiting. One gentleman was arguing with what appeared to be a manager about his order being wrong, she just got tired I guess and walked off. I waited at the register for 10 minutes before someone finally came to take my order, and by this time at least 10 more people had walked in waiting as well to order. After having to repeat the order a few times to the cashier, she finally managed to enter it properly. After about another 10 minutes my order number was called only for me to get to the counter and the 2 employees standing there had their backs turned. I waited a minute before I just said out loud did you call order 80? one of the girls turned around, I repeated what I said, she starts looking at the orders sitting in front of her and can't find it. Another customer standing there said they did call out #80. After her looking around for 2 or 3 minutes she managed to figure out which one it was. I get to the table with my order, no napkins, no sauce. I go back up to the counter once again but after a minute of standing there and no acknowledgement from anyone I just gave up. Read moreThe employees currently at this location have no customer service skills. First, of my order was not taken correctly. Second, when I got to the window one of the employees was playing in another employees hair instead of working and when I received my order it was not right. The inside was locked and the drive thru was backed up. I went to the door to try and get someone to correct my order without me having to wait in the line again. I knocked on the window and one of the females just looked looked at me and would not move from the back to come and see what I need, mind you I had the box held up in the window. Two other women finally comes to the door and when I tried to explain what was wrong with my order they looked at me like I was speaking in another language. Third, after I had to finally got them to understand English and that my order was wrong one of the goes back in a starts saying that I had an attitude. If you can't understand English then how am I the one with the attitude? Forth, she came back and then still had my order wrong and the had the audacity to ask me for my receipt. I had to again explain to her why my order was still wrong. While sitting there doing this review another customer came up to the door with the same issue of their order being wrong. This is not acceptable as a restaurant and I would not recommend coming...
