San Antonio Grill — Restaurant in Bessemer

Poor excuse for a chimichanga. If i just wanted chicken, cheese, and bread then i would have ordered a quesadilla! I was highly disappointed when what I ordered was not what came out per my standards nor the standards of what an ACTUAL chimichanga is. If you are going to advertise something, at least make it like it should be. That is false advertising. Other than that, the chorizo cheese dip is amazing and highly recommended! The salsa was not too spicy so it was actually pleasant to eat!! Im not sure if I recommend this place for the purpose of they charge $2 for water when other places will not charge you. When looking at my receipt, they charge (2@$2) for soft drink. Didnt know that water was a soft drink now! They did fix it but most wouldnt look at the receipt so the company would be stealing money when customers dont look. Lupe was our servers name. Not sure if its just her or if there are others...just make sure you watch your ticket...

My brother and sister in law both had the rib-eye, and it was better than most steaks I have eaten in”steak” restaurants. In my 63 years. I have only had two steaks that were better. One was at Ruth’s Chris steakhouse and the other was grilled by a country boy whose family raised cattle. I got the fajitas with chicken, steak, and shrimp, but if I had to do it over again. I would have stuck with the chicken. They were extremely good that night for my dinner and later on for a midnight snack for the three of us. I was eating on them the next night. My brother paid for our dinner , and I believe it was less expensive than what you would normally pay for steaks. They had margaritas and daiquiris with their meals, but I chickened out and had a Coke. We were all given to go boxes that were filled up when we left. The food was awesome like always I've been going there ever since San Antonio's opened and that was probably about 17-18 years ago. Me & my friend went there to eat last night and she wanted to order a picture strawberry margaritas, welda Margaritas didn't taste like any alcohol was in them and I haven't drank tin for years so I would think that I would be able to taste some alcohol and the waiter he has been my waiter for many years and he just kept dodging us I know that he was busy but when we told him about the margaritas he wanted to play it off and told us to talk with the manager about it well I think he should have pointed it to her first about the issues so she would have been aware of it.
