Wawa — Restaurant in Bethany Beach

One star is too much… Jessica B.( because she didn’t want to spell her last name ) should not be a manager at this store ! She s way too rude to be a manager !! She should not treat customers Iike she treated us !!! We love Wawa and we have never had an experience as bad as this one…ever before ! There’s always a great customer service and actually never had any issues. We had to walk out without our order after 20 min of waiting ! Ordered an iced caffe latte and after 15 min we asked how much longer it s gonna take because we already waited so long , the employee said she s making it right now. We said ok. The manager comes , says nothing , after other couple min we asked again because we got so frustrated and she said the espresso machine is not working and got all rude with us ! Only after we asked again how much more is gonna take she told us the machine is not working !!! And our older parents were waiting for us in the car all This time !!!!!! That s insane .. they should’ve told us that since the beginning and we would’ve order something else and nothing like this would’ve happen ! But they didn’t !! That’s poor customer service for a company like Wawa ! The sadest thing is that we just bought a house in ocean view , and we were so happy to have an Wawa close to us ..I don’t know if we’re ever gonna go back at...

I rarely complain about a place but the past couple times we’ve come here for sandwiches they’ve really messed up the order. We don’t stop here unless we’re picking up something from the deli. Tonight, my turkey “club” had no bacon, no tomato on it (that was ordered) but for some weird reason it did have sweet peppers - which I don’t like at all. My husband’s sub was smothered in mayo although he didn’t request it. We’re local but I wasn’t driving 10 minutes back to have them fix it. In the future, we will think twice before choosing to get food here and we really enjoy Wawa! More ATTENTION needs to be given to detail so people don’t feel like they’ve paid for something they...

This Wawa does not have a gas station but it does have great coffee and sandwiches. They also have Siptopia going on and you can get a 16 or 24 oz smoothie, w/wo yogurt, or a frozen coffee beverage. The mixed berry w yogurt is my favorite, the blueberry pomegranate is a little sweet. Their Italian subs are better than most you get at a pizza shop and they don't nickel and dime you to death for your add-ons. Their hot coffee is reasonably priced and they offer several flavors of creamer as well as several flavors of coffee. Their pastries are fresh...
