Capri's — Restaurant in Bethel

I am loving this place the more I order from them. Quickly becoming one of my favs and go to spots. Definitely worth checking out. I'm glad I did.

1 week from this review and I am very disappointed in my pizza this evening. The pizza I got tonight was a far cry from the last 3 pizzas I have ordered. I ordered a large sausage and onion pizza. There are very few onions. The sausage is sliced super thin and doesn't have much flavor. The cheese is oozing like I had ordered extra cheese and I most definitely did not. The crust is super thin which is the complete opposite of any pizza I have had from here. I can tell they must have stretched a medium dough to be a large because I can barely bite the crust yet the cheese despite being oozy wasn't cooked long enough. This was a very poor experience. I used to LOVE this restaurant until I went to pick up my take out order, to find the cook (right Up in front) making pizza without a mask on! In the midst of a global pandemic where masks are mandated for a public health crisis and the man cooking the food IN FRONT for everyone to view—is not wearing a mask! Completely Disrespectful, unsanitary, and unsafe. I am a nurse who works with Covid-19 positive patients and I wear a mask for 16 hours a day for both my safety and the safety of my patients. Capri's has been in business a loooooong time. My wife and I discovered them back in 1999 and went there often until we moved out of state in 2000. We moved back 5 years ago and when I first went back I got a slice and it was just as delicious if not better. I mentioned to them how we've away for 18 years and happy to see they're still here and the owner said: "I remember you, Tim right?" With a lump in my throat I said: "Thanks". Well I'm happy they're on my way home....
