I placed a drive thru mobile order for a coffee, a specialty donut, munchkins and a croissant with butter. When I pulled up to the window I was handed the coffee but nothing else. The employee turned around and started messing with the 2 other employees working until one noticed I was still sitting there. The guy came back and asked if i was missing anything, i told him yes, all my food and listed what was missing. He went back, presumably to grab the rest of my order when the other employee came and told me that they did not have the donut i ordered, so i asked him for the other specialty donut and he stuttered as if he didnt know what to say. the original employee came back and told me that they were all out all specialty donuts, munchkins and croissants but said he could get me something else. I asked if he could just refund me since they didn't have anything I wanted. I was told I had to do that on the app bc they couldnt do it in their system but when i asked how i got an "i dont know". Crazy bc Starbucks has no problems processing refunds if they don't have an item you mobile ordered
I ended up pulling away and contacting dunkins customer service but I am still awaiting a response or even a refund. If I decide to go to a Dunkin again it definitely won't be this one and it probably won't be a mobile order because of...

I placed a mobile order to pick up via drive thru and pull up to the screen with NOBODY ELSE in the drive thru waiting or being helped. I get to the screen and CRICKETS. The service window is wide open, they are all sitting around doing nothing, I even verbally say “hello????” and NOTHING. Next thing I know 3 cars start to pile behind me and still no word from a single worker. So what do i do? I beep my horn since the service window is wide open and I know neither of them are blind nor deaf. As soon as I beep the horn this girl comes on the speaker and says “Did you just beep?” UHHH HI!! HELLO HOW ARE YOU???? I said “Yeah” and she comes back with “Well yeah?” IM SITTING IN THE DRIVE THRU. YOUR RESPONSE IS “Yeah?”… NO “How may I help you?”?????? I then tell her “i’m picking up a mobile order” to which she responds “you can drive up”….She then hands me my order and the EXTREMELY LARGE (OVERWEIGHT) GIRL BEHIND HER decides to give me a dirty look and shake her head. Read moreI left my handbag at this DD store before the Labor Day weekend on my way to Boston. By the time I realized I lost my bag, I was two hours away. Because I was in a rush to get to my destination, I couldn’t remember which and where the DD store was. It took me 2 days of checking every DD store along a 200-mile stretch of highways and their vicinity, to track this particular store down. I called the store and one lady Victoria answered and cheerfully told me that my handbag was safe in their store waiting for me to pick it up! The Manager Leila had instructed all the staff to be on the lookout for me. How sweet and such integrity!!
