My husband and I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts on Linden and Oakland at least 1 or 2 times a week. Almost every time we have gotten delicious breakfast sandwiches and very good service. Last weekend when we went through the drive-through, we had awful service & awful food.
I understand that ordering through the intercom at the drive-through sometimes gets mixed up& I’m always willing to repeat what I say. However, when someone is taking your order, after you order something, they should say “what else can I get you?” Or “ would you like anything else today?” The woman, who I think was one of the managers, continued to say, “Is that it?” Every time I ordered, she would say, “Is that it?” I had to keep saying no and then order the next thing. I told her I was going to order several more things and every time I ordered she said “Is that it?” It was getting annoying. Then she continue to get everything wrong that I ordered. I would say medium, hot, black coffee, with espresso shot and she would repeated back “you want espresso?”Is that it?” then I asked for a large hot vanilla coffee with creamer and she repeat it back “OK so you want an iced vanilla latte?” This continued on and on with everything we ordered. I was getting annoyed, but I did not let my irritation show. At one point, I did say to her, “I’m sorry, but I think you’re mixing up our order with someone else’s on the headset. She said “no I’m not.” When we got to the window, there was a young girl at the drive-through, who was very helpful and repeated back our order. While we were driving to our destination, we realized that the bagel sandwich was untoasted and soggy and the turkey sausage was cold, and the English muffin was barely toasted. The chocolate chip muffin that we ordered turned out to be blueberry. Whoever this was at this Dunkin’ Donuts location, needs to realize that instead of rushing someone along and continuing to say, “is that it?” just so you can get to the next person quickly , you need to have more customer service & treat each customer with respect and follow through on the order correctly. I don’t care how quickly I get the order. I care if it’s done...
Read moreOn January 5th, I was driving through this Dunkin Donuts (3606 Linden St Bethlehem PA) and my car was hit by the dumpster gate which hadn't been latched and was swung by the wind. I went into the store to show Shah, the store manager, the damage and exchange insurance information. After reviewing their security film, he agreed that it was their fault and asked me to send a quote for the work. Shah then called me twice asking if the incident could be handled under the table and if he could write me a check for the damage. The quote came back and it was +$800 of damage. Shah didn't want to write a check for this amount and said he would go through insurance. On January 9th, my insurance agency reached out to Shah. Shah said that he had submitted a claim and that his insurance company would be contacting me. A week went by. On January 16th, I called Shah to check the status. He told me to send him an email with the quote which I did that day. No response. I followed up to my email. No response. I called Shah. No response. It has now been a month that I have been out of a car because I'm waiting for the check from Dunkin Donuts to fix my car. I never heard from Dunkin's insurance agency and Shah refused to share the claim number. For a company that is based on customer service, I could not be more disappointed in how this situation was handled by the store manager. I feel that I have been deceived and pushed aside. This is my neighborhood Dunkin Donuts, I stopped at this store every day on the way to work. I will never step foot in this store again and will be reporting this store number to the Better Business Bureau. I have been cheated out of +$800 for damages that were entirely and admittedly Dunkin...
Read moreUsually a good experience for me, the long timers (employees) know me as soon as I walk in and know exactly how I like my coffee without even asking. Thats really nice, I always go early, around 5:45 am - 6:45am, and the coffee is usually fresh,, thats the most important thing, the coffee needs to be turned over by the half hour or it gets nasty tasting,, and the only complaint i have is when any DD takes the end of one coffee pot and mixes it with anouther, or even when they're pouring my cup, DO NOT MIX POTS, THEY NEVER MATCH, EACH POT IS ITS OWN THING, I CAN TASTE IT INSTANTLY IF THEYRE MIXED, IT HAS A CARDBOARD LIKE TASTE AND AFTERTASTE TO IT,, MAKE IT FRESH, THAT IS MY ONLY COMPLAINT, BESIDES THAT AND THE COMPUTERS ALWAYS BEING "DOWN", THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS SMILING AND VERY NICE, IF A PROBLEM COMES UP THEYRE NICE ABOUT IT, AND ON YOUR SIDE ABOUT IT,, THANKS,, BTW I USE "ON THE GO" MOSTLY NOW,, IF ITS WORKING!!! ⚠ BUT I GO 6 TIMES A WEEK, SO I KNOW MY DUNKIN...
