I worked in a Middle Eastern/Mediterranean restaurant for 3 years back in college, and this place help SQUASH my nostalgia cravings! The inside is so pretty and the plant wall is the perfect place to grab a selfie before eating. The staff is so friendly and helpful, everything from the quinoa tabouli to the refreshers were AMAZING! The food is light and fresh, and did not leave me feeling too sluggish afterwards. The best bite was the Baklava Froyo Sundae! It has vanilla Greek yogurt froyo (so, it's basically healthy), chopped pieces of fantastic baklava, and honey drizzle. If you do not eat lunch or dinner here, YOU HAVE TO GET the Baklava Froyo Sundae. This will be my new go-to spot for lunch or dinner in the Bethlehem area from now on! 110/100!

We really enjoy Mediterranean food. Since it was new we wanted to try it so we came for my husband's birthday lunch.
The server who waited on us was so friendly and helpful. The owner also made sure we had all our food.
It was delicious! I had a bams bowl . The ingredients were all fresh and a great combination. I would have preferred a different type of lettuce, but iceberg tasted good. My husband's OG gyro was good as well, and our taverna fries were hot and crispy. We had the honey cinnamon loukimades for dessert, and they were just as good as those we had in Corfu. My favorite, though, was the cucumber mint refresher.

2025: We had been waiting to try this new restaurant out. We got the chance yesterday. It is very bright and airy inside. The menu is very flexible with fixed selections, but the ability to build your own custom dish. The food is delivered quickly and is well prepared fresh and great tasting. We plan to explore a number of options at this location.
They have free guest WiFi. The brewed black tea is excellent. I had the Greco bowl 🥣 and it was great. 😋 I also ordered the pita chips with hummus and it was freshly prepared and very tasty. 😋
