Veryyyyy DISAPPOINTED with my visit this morning. 5/6 at 750aM The customer service was extremely poor. After dropping my daughter to school, I ordered curbside at Wawa since the baby was asleep and it would be difficult to get out the car. Upon arrival I confirmed my order. I received notification that my order was received and that I needed to indicate my spot number. Upon entering the number I received another notification that my order will be completed at 7:55am. At 8:05am I decided to go into the store since I wasn't seeing much activity that would warrant tardy service. When I go inside to ask about my food the response was "why didn't I call?" Call who?! They expected me to call the store to say I'm here. That would defeat the whole purpose of the app. I asked for a manger and never received one. Since this was a new store I demanded clarification on the expectation of curbside so I would know what to expect in the future. Instead the counter clerk asked another coworker what was the expectation and they both confirmed that I needed to call. They mentioned that's how it's down at the Easton Ave store. Nonetheless, extremely disappointed at this visit this morning.
After waiting 10 minutes with a hungry baby and no coffee, I was frustrated and left. Instead, I decided to sit in the parking lot and leave a review of my experiences.
After being so excited with the grand opening, I am not happy with the service I received this morning. On the other hand, I'll stick with the Wawa on Schnoenersville for their EXCELLENT...
Read moreThis is my local Wawa, the first red flag of the day was Imagine Dragons was playing WAY too loud inside the store, I should have turned around at that very moment. I then went for coffee in the morning and they were out of the two coffees I wanted (during prime coffee hours mind you). The next upsetting moment was not Wawa’s fault, but a man in a suit was humming Imagine Dragons as loudly as his lips and vocals chords could manage. This left me very uncomfortable. I then thought the morning was a fluke and decided to order two bowls later in the day for dinner. My wife came across two long hairs in her food. I haven’t had really any issue with this Wawa in the past but today was alarming. I’ll second guess ordering food from here...
Read moreI ordered two separate orders within an hour on DoorDash. First order I got all my food and no drinks, fine I submitted the thing through DoorDash got my money back, place the order again for the same drinks and then just add two food items just to beef up the order and literally did not get the drinks on the second order either. I genuinely do not understand how you just do not include the drinks with the order. Both times the dasher told me there was no drinks with my order bag. It’s not the first time I have had missing items in orders from this specific location...
