We purchased a lifetime replacement screen protectors for our iPhones. They are no longer in stock in store, no big deal! We went on ZAGG and ordered replacements, which we were told would be put on in store once we receive them. Walked into the store on 191, said to the young man (who submerge from the back room), that I had a screen protector from ZAGG I purchased via AT&T replacement program, and I needed him to put it on for me. I was told he absolutely would not be doing that. That is not a thing, because it was not purchased in store! Iām sorry? It was under warranty and you no longer carry these so I was told (BY ATT) to go to ZAGG and they would replace it for me. I asked him his name, he snidely asked me why? Then absolutely refuse to give it to me. So I can report you to your supervisor! This place gets worse every time we go in. Apparently, after doing some research, this is a franchise and itās very obvious they donāt care. Do yourself a favor, go to the corporate stores. They go above and beyond for their loyal AT&T customers. The store on 248 helped me get my replacement online. They said, ābring it back to any AT&T, will put it on for you no problemā. Iāll be heading over there tomorrow, after wasting my time off today! Thank you so much AT&T franchise on 191, and to whoever the nameless representative was that refused to give me his name! You absolutely made my day, sir. I hope you have the day...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went into to this location on 1/24/24 around 3:30 pm. The store is being run by 20 year old who have no idea what they are doing. There is a "manager" who is a little older who is also unable to solve any problems.
I went in to upgrade my phone. The first thing I asked was IF they take Apple Pay as I had left my wallet at home.
The young lady who assisted me turned off my internet FIRST. She had only asked me what color phone I wanted then asked me to sign a contract. NO prices were discussed, no GB size of the new phone nor price comparisons were offered. JUST SIGN HERE.
They didn't stock the terabyte phone. They already charged me the taxes, couldn't credit me back to Apple Pay without a physical credit card, wanted me to take the unopened smaller GB phone with me, until I came back with my credit card. . . so many issues.
The end of the story was an hour and a half later - no phone, I was late for work, I left before the whole ordeal was over, and I had to call ATT to resend the signal because they didn't do anything correctly.
I understand kids have to learn but they should be supervised! Go anywhere other than this store!!!!! (TRY T-MOBILE...

Drove to several locations including the MacArthur Rd location where I pay my bill and live under 5 miles away only to be turned down with the worst customer service ever. Cause it was a pre paid and there was no commission or money to be made.. I was blown off and I was told no we can't help you. Everything was fine till I said pre paid. Super frustrating! I found another location far from my house in Bethlehem where Micheal Santiago and co worker jumped on customer service and took care of my issue in under 5 minutes. That kinda customer service brings revenue and attraction. Perhaps location 191 in Bethlehem can teach this to its sister location on 145 in Whitehall.
