went in at 8pm and when i checked out there were 6 employees just standing there doing nothing so i asked if there was a lane open so i could check out. The lady says “ no, only self checkout “. That to me is a complete joke! I was exhausted from work and the last thing I wanna do is bag my own groceries. I will never come back to this place again. Terrible customer service. Not only that the employee were just standing around cursing and yukking it up with each other. Wow the customers are doing their job and bagging their own groceries. What a joke. They’ll be out of business soon with as much competition as there is. I really just don’t understand the logic behind making everybody go through self check out. At least have one lane open for people who might be tired. I wish I can give them zero stars honestly as frustrated as I am. Then on top of that, everything that I had that was on sale, she tells me I had to scan the coupons before I scan the items because they’re digital coupons! I swear I will never come back here. Would give 0 stars if I could. They mark things on sale, don't give the sale price. Tell you that you have to get out of line, to get in another line to sign up for a new card, then have to get in another line again to check out AGAIN. I told the girl I was in a hurry and late for work. A single mom just trying to make it and feed her kids with the little money she had. Instead of offering a store card, or hand me a card to set up for later use (like most other stores do), she covers her ears and fails to give a resolution other than "I can take them off the purchase" when it was literally the only three items I was purchasing for my kids' dinner. By my calculations, they got $10 extra from me from what they said it would cost on the tag, just because I didn't have time to hop in multiple lines and wait to set up a card. That's an hours pay, gone. If you can sell it that cheap, then just sell it, no extra gimmick or trouble for customers. This place has certainly gone down hill since...

So I went there yesterday to get some hot food and there was no one to serve me at that moment. I asked the ppl working the deli and they told me someone will be there. Cool. So this guy came back pulling a trash can with his bare hands and I asked him for 4 chicken legs. He proceeded to put gloves on without washing his hands with a sink in clear view. I told him to please wash his hands. He washed them for 3 seconds and then dried his hands on his filthy apron. I am a nurse and 20 secs or more is required for clean hands. That's the last time I'll purchase food from them. Please have employees wash hands before handling food and maybe...
