This Bethlehem locations is the WORST .Do yourself a favor and take the extra 15 minute drive to the Center Valley Location, where the staff is properly trained.

I had the worst, most uncomfortable service in my life here. Too much to go into here, and this is still a long review.

This place once booked another girl instead of me because we had the same last name (we figured it out when we BOTH arrived and overheard me trying to explain to the receptionist that I definitely booked an appointment - turns out she hadn't booked one, but got a confirmation for one and showed up anyway). Thankfully she was willing to leave so I could have the appointment. But they were not very helpful about it.

Then I cancelled membership for personal reasons. I personally spoke to the owner who Assured me the packages I had remaining would never expire and I could use them anywhere... Fast forward to yesterday when I tried to use one of the 5 remaining packages and was told they are expired and can't be reversed. I called and spoke to a man who I explained the scenario and asked to speak to a manager. He proceed to grill me with questions and provide irrelevant and incorrect information (he stated that I never had a membership there, when I never had one anywhere else). Finally I spoke to a manager who was able to resolve the issue. But this man was completely insensitive to the scenario and made me feel like I was fabricating some story to get free services (totally not the case).

I have complained to Corporate. But the fact that these issues are spread out over the course of 4 years... Just go to Center Valley - they...

I was a member here for several months, but recently terminated my membership. I thoroughly enjoyed the massages performed by Joelle, Carol, and Kathy. However, I did not like the facial that I received from Stephanie. Since I have noticeable acne scarring, Stephanie recommended the lactic acid peel for an additional $40. I asked her if I would notice a difference after one peel and she confirmed that I would; however, I did not notice any changes after the peel. I also did not receive any extractions during my facial even though this spa describes the facial as "deep pore cleansing, exfoliation, and extraction". When I spoke with the girl at the front desk about this issue, with the pamphlet in hand that clearly delineates what is included in the facial, the girl responded with "they only do extractions if necessary, and your pores look good". She was standing about 2 feet away from me so I'm certainly relieved that my blackheads were not obviously visible from that distance, but I definitely have blackheads. If you are going to comment on the appearance of my pores, hold a bright light above my face and stand a few inches away. There was no excuse as to why an extraction was not performed. Also, if you’re a member and pay member pricing, keep in mind that the tip they advertise is for the non member pricing. My husband got me a gift of a monthly massage or facial for my birthday. I have gotten nothing but attitude from this location every time I try to use it. First I booked a facial, showed up on time, only to be handed a novel to fill out about a massage, and they refused to take me until I completed it. It took so long that I never got my facial as midway through filling it out they told me there wasn't enough time to do the facial. When I booked it they never told me to arrive early to fill anything out or said they would send me something ahead of time- either option would have been fine. Left a very bad taste in my mouth, so my husband canceled the monthly gift, but we still have 5 sessions to use that he paid for. So today I call to book a facial for tomorrow, and told them it was a gift and paid for. The person on the phone insisted that I give another credit card number in case I didn't show. I questioned her and asked why if my husband's card was already on file. She said this was under my name and was separate and that she only saw the last 4 of his card. Makes no sense.
