Ginza Sushi Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in Bethlehem

The sushi here is amazing! It is not a dine in location… it seems it used to be but they closed it off and have since become solely take out. It has a parking lot on the side and a small lobby where you can wait for your order.

I rated the service 3 stars due to my last experience. I’ve been here a good amount of times now as it has become my go to sushi spot. However, I stopped by yesterday night for some dinner and was ignored for at least a good 20 minutes even after repeatedly getting up and attempting to catch the cashiers attention. At one point she asked me my name, proceeded to go and finish packing up an order, so I thought it was mine. She came back looked right past me and called the other person waiting. Which was fine, but I would’ve liked to have been told “ it’s not ready yet please have a seat” or something along those lines as opposed to being left standing there like I was going to be taken care of and looked past. When I got home the cream cheese was completely missing from my roll. Cream cheese is a main ingredient. Very disappointing as this is my favorite roll but being that this is the first mistake they have ever made I’m not too mad about it.

We have always enjoyed the food here. We often order a mix of cooked sushi rolls, hibachi, and chicken noodle or fried rice dishes. We typically order the same two sushi rolls. On one particular evening, my husband placed the order online and chose the wrong sushi roll. When he arrived to pick up the food, the woman at the front questioned if we had meant to try a new sushi roll tonight. My husband said it was a mistake on his part. The woman said not to worry and immediately had the correct sushi roll made and did not accept payment for the additional roll. We were always amazed at the customer service! Ok I can't wait anymore, this Place is the ABSOLUTE BEST IN THE VALLEY, And here's why. #1 their food is the most fresh tasting of all sushi places in our area. #2 they're more then accommodating, I ordered once after they closed and they STILL made my order showing their dedication to customer satisfaction. #3 Their combinations are a lil different then the normal and create a unique yet pleasurable taste.
