Burger King — Restaurant in Bethlehem

If you could rate a 0, I would! I pulled up tonight to order for my kids and myself while traveling. I ordered my food and within a second of asking my son what he wanted, the guy inside tells me to pull up......ummm hello I havent finished ordering! No answer from inside so I pull up and he opens the window and immediately tries to hand me a drink. I said, "i havent even finishedd ordering yet" the response i got was "what do you want then." Wow so now I'm mad, and all cockiness i had in me came out. To order food, hence why i am in a drive thru. I gave both kids orders and then asked for 2 coffees and with cream and sugar. He informs me he has no coffee. Already frustrated i responded with "well then make some" he had me pull to a parking spot to get my food....understandable there was other people in line. Then they bring me all my food and 2 coffees. Where are my kids drinks. The guy says "i wasnt told ymto bring anything else" well look at the receipt....you are carrying it. Jesus Christ really?? I get everything and cohldnt get out of there fast enough before i exploded on the mindless idiots who work at this establishment. Then when i went ro eat, no condiments!! So this place is definitely on my list of stay the hell away from. NO respect, NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE...

Great childhood memories of Burger King. Although it had a cool play yard and fort. But the one on Union Blvd just had a sweet face lift!!! The only problem I have at that one is a special burger they had. It was on a toasted sourdough roll. Problem was everytime I would get home, settle in to eat, I'd open the wrapper and the sourdough wasn't toasted! I probably would have been ok if it weren't for the fact that the roll was SOGGY, and quite disgusting!! It was basically turning back into its state of pre cooked dough..Well ok, simple mistake, NO, SECOND TIME AROUND SAME PROBLEM, THE COMMERCIALS AND EVEN THE PICTURES OF IT IN THE STORE SHOWED IT WAS OBVIOUSLY TOASTED, I'M A CHEF, SO I KNOW THATS A MANAGMENT ISSUE, SAD FACT IS THAT THE 3rd TIME I WENT TO GET IT, I ASKED IF THEY TOASTED THE SOURDOUGH BREAD, EXPLAINED MY SITUATION, AND WOW!! IT WASN'T EVEN TOASTED!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!!! OTHER THAN THIS, LOVE THE BUGERS, BUT THEY REALLY NEED TO FIX THE FRIES,, JUST USE NATURAL CUT FRIES AND BE DONE WITH IT, AS FAR AS THE CHIX NUGGETS, EWW, USE NON LIQUEFIED CHICKEN PARTS, OR AT LEAST USE A PANKO BREADING. I COULD LITERALLY FIX THE PROBLEMS AND PUT THEM UP THERE IN POPULARITY AND SALES, CONTACT ME...

Let me first say that if you thinking my review may the fact that choosing to eat at Burger King is the First Mistake . Why ? because the food there is just unhealthy and just down insane the amount of Fat and Calories you will definally make you Regret it later but if you still up to and you have your PectoB at hand . I will advised then to to totally stay away from this place , I return both of my orders because they were uneatable they dint only made me A Nasty and cold U Sandwish with Something the resemble leathers but wasent and when I tried to explaining the Manager the situation, She was condescent and Dismiss me like if I was A Teenager or something , Refusing to allow Me an A Real Paid Upset Customer trying to explain what was wrong with this U Adbomination of Whopper, So this is what I think ... Customer Service 101 , Empathise with the Customer , Allow the customer to explain why he may the next he may just keep his 25 dollar for two order and dessert instead , So So Yes half of star . i will still advised you that if you have to ? Go to the One in South 4 street , the food is better and the worker...
