Jasmine Chinese — Restaurant in Bethlehem

I visited this place three days ago. The inside of the place looked messy but I thought it should be decent. I ordered sesame chicken with fried rice and orange chicken with broccoli and fried rice. The two orders came with egg rolls. My total was probably $20. I sat down to wait for my food. They told me it should be done in about 5 minutes. So i wait, 3 minutes later I go to the counter to tell the lady that I dont want any onions in my rice. To my shock, a see the lady behind the counter with her bare hands NO GLOVES DIDNT EVEN WASH HER HANDS NOTHING ! in someones plate of broccoli and fried rice. Im not sure what she was doing. I didnt care all I knew was that better not be my food. The man cooking then put what looked like orange chicken on top of the broccoli. As this point, im slowy realising that it was in fact my food. :( I was so disappointed and mad. I let them finish and I then I spoke up and said "is that my food ?" The lady then said "yes" I was appalled. I said "I just saw you stick your bare hands in my food i want my money back"I got my money back and left hungry and disturbed. Three days later, I am still upset about it for a simple fact that I am pregnant. That is just plain nasty nasty nasty. Had I not saw it with my own eyes she would have given my pregnant body that food. IMAGINE WHAT ELSE THEY DO. DONT GO HERE AND DONT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FINGER BACTERIA...

Good food but the girl in the front that answers phone and takes payment is VERY rude and Asian delivery guy will leave food anywhere...

I ordered food from work...waited an hr and a half then my food finally shows up its COLD and missing someones elses lunch that was ordered with mines delivery guy dropped food on a table and ran out the door before I could say anything....I very pissed off I offered someone lunch for doing something nice for and they ended not having lunch and having to wait....I called lady was rude told her I would pick up my money for the missing meal after work because I live 2 mins away she agreed. I got off of work went and the B says" so what you wanna do" I said we went over the phone" then she throws my money on the counter telling me what I got from what I didn't.....That place is really close to my home but I don't support ppl with stink attitudes that makes my food...I will go somewhere else. Worst Chinese food experience. We ordered for delivery and live less than 3 miles away. It took almost an hour and a half to get here and was cold. Not only was it cold but it didn't even taste good; the pan fried dumplings had a ton of oil left on them and tasted old, the fried rice was way under cooked, and the lo mien noodles had practically no sauce in them. Spent 30 bucks, threw away the 90% we didn't eat, and now my wife and I both feel sick to our stomaches. My 19 month old loves fried rice and dumplings and gagged when we tried to get her to eat some of this. Ordered this based on the really positive reviews and maybe it is good fresh in the restaurant, but if you want to go the delivery route then for God's sake skip this place. We usually get Chinese to go from oriental gourmet off 378 and the food from there is 100% better. I'll drive the 10 minutes to get it from there now on. Get it in 10 minutes...
