Order never came; Couldn’t contact restaurant

I have never given a small business a bad review, but I tried to contact the business by calling and texting both numbers listed to resolve and was unable to get in touch. Since I can’t resolve with them directly, I hope to share through here instead in the hopes it reaches them.

I placed an order late at night through their website directly, as I read there have been some hiccups through third party apps. Right after ordering, the “track status” said “complete.” I still waited until the original delivery time, hoping it was just a mistake.

My order never came and I was not able to communicate with the business: when I called, the call was dropped twice. I texted one number, and got no response. Then I texted the other number, and after ten minutes received five texts back that “message blocking is active.” I emailed their email address listed on other reviews just to inform them of this situation but am not expecting a speedy response.

Super sketchy and unprofessional.

It saddens me to say that this culinary establishment is not currently mainstream. It is the rarest diamond in the rough. KFC, Popeyes, Subway, etc. are all dirt in comparison to this flavortown underdog.

If you could eat the American dream in one sandwich, it would taste like LJ's Lou Lou. It combines the most greasy, savory sides with BBQ chicken neatly pressed together between toasted bread. This sandwich makes me proud to be an American. Their smack and cheese is the only acceptable variation of mac and cheese.

This business should be 24/7 and needs to be advertised on Shark Tank. It needs to expand and dominate the fast food industry. We've evolved billions of years to consume...

This place has some of the best food. I have eaten just about everywhere in the valley and their burgers and mac and cheese are A+. You can tell that there is care and love put into not only the food but the business as a whole.I appreciate the difficulties that the past year plus has brought with employees and trying to stay afloat.
