I honestly had no idea what to expect when we walked in, but we ended up with new knowledge of Ecuadorian good, fantastic meals, and service from and conversation from the owner himself. He sat with us and explained the menu, telling us it was all food his mother had made for him growing up, and that he wanted to pass on the smiles it brought him. And he did! Read moreInconsistent hours and hours aren't updated on toast if they'll be closed. Drove all the way out to try to support the restaurant since the food truck was so good. Showed up and the place was dark. Door was unlocked but no one was there so we tried to call in case they were in the back or something with no answet. Then someone did come out so we poked a head in to check and we were told they were closed today. No posts about it and ordering online was still available?? I understand staffing is difficult right now but you shouldn't have hours posted if you won't be open. We really wanted to support them since it's such a nice family but can't do that if it's so inconsistent that we won't even know until we drive an hour....
