Touch Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Bethlehem

Food is good but DO NOT USE UBER EATS! Was basically charged twice for delivery, and there is nothing I can do about it.

Used Uber eats many times with touch Thai, no issues. I accidentally ordered something that a member of my house is allergic to. I didn’t know what to do, so I immediately called the restaurant advised them I made a mistake and to cancelled the order. They did so, and Uber eats updated to cancelled, 4 minutes later I placed a new order minus the one item I mistakenly ordered, got my food and it was good.

A couple days go by I notice the first charge is still on my credit card. I contacted touch Thai they tell me that it’s on uber eats, uber eats app has a support chat, spoke with them was told they would email me, they never did. I contacted uber eats again, they said they escalated it again, never received anything. I then contact my credit card company, they filed a charge back and uber eats disputed it stating my food was deemed undeliverable, despite me having proof it was cancelled my credit card company said they need me to provide them with proof it was cancelled on uber eats end. So I contact uber eats again they told me there is nothing they can do, as the restaurant accepted and tried to deliver my order that was cancelled, Uber advised me that they paid the restaurant and uber took their cut. Also Uber eats said I only had 48 hours to contact them about all of this. Uninstalled Uber, will never go back to Touch Thai.

My family and i loved this place. My mom and i are seriously picky people and right away were greeted sat down and they were so cute and polite. From the apps to the very last bite was fresh and amazingly delicous, amazing, and fresh! the crab rangoon and sauce were absolutely hands down the best ive EVER had! Calamari FRESH and perfectly crisp and so deep in flavor it was fried in Jesus sweat 😓 my tuna was a little over done but my fault for not telling them. Either way the falors mixed and infused w only a mixture of ingerdients out of my moms kitchen. Hubby had the. Curry steak same thi g w the meat so uou should always rem to tell your waiters how well you want it duhhh. Amazing he loved ate it all! Even my kid at everything she could mom had the red snapper and was impressed and happy w the service by the way jada is awesome very healpful and knowledgeable w the menu and pops had the duck which was my fav! So crispy and moist we had a good time didnt wait long def going back i noticed they do take out! AWESOME THANKS JADA and a big thank you to the chef food...

Touch Thai is a gem! They are knowledgeable about what they can make gluten-free. They are willing to accommodate and eliminate ingredients so that my daughter can safely eat Tom Kha with mainly mushrooms left in the soup. They are also willing to make steamed beef and veggies for her even though it is not on the menu. My husband loves the curry, which is or can be made gluten-free. I had an awesome Lobster Pad Thai. And their summer rolls are really good! My daughter also loves the mango and sticky rice. We are so thankful this restaurant cares enough to make items gluten-free.

Update: They didn't have mango and sticky rice this last time. My daughter was sad. She overheard me saying I could make it for her when we got home minus the coconut syrup. The server/owner came back with the coconut syrup for us to take home. That was kind.
