Uncle Aldo's — Restaurant in Bethlehem

The burgers are literally THE BEST BURGER’S I’VE EVER HAD!! (Haven’t tried the hotdogs, I’m not a hotdog person. But my mom loves the hotdogs, it’s literally all she wants to eat now). Not only are the burgers the best burger’s I’ve tasted in my 14 almost 15 years of living, the owners are so sweet and the prices per person are super cheap!! If you’re nearby and they’re open YOU NEED TO TRY THE FOOD!!!!!!!!!

Raised on Jimmy Buffs and Dickie D’s. Uncle Aldo’s was able to satisfy my craving for an original Italian sausage sandwich as I remember. I meant to take a photo, but the smell and look took me back and I couldn’t wait to take a bite. The potatoes were perfect as was the onions and peppers. The one flaw I would note is the pita was a bit stale. I was told it was freshly delivered today, so it could have been the supplier. I hope my next one will not be stale. All in all, terrific...

I love that Uncle Aldo's is continuing the neighborhood tradition of the former Pete's Hot Dogs. This restaurant is an excellent addition to the area. I have been here twice so far and I'm looking forward to my next visit. The hot dogs, sausages, & potatoes are amazing! You can tell that they take pride in what they serve. It's also cool to talk with Shannon & Angelo while waiting for your order. They are so welcoming...
