This place is complete trash now. Not only have they messed up our order for the second time (I don’t know why I gave them a second chance) but they get an attitude when you show them how they charge you for food you did not receive. We order some gizzards, tender meals, family mash and family macaroni. The lady comes out with only the tender meals and says that they did not have any gizzards, to which we said that fine. As we go through the bag to see if everything else is there we see they did not give us the family mash or macaroni AND they still charged me for the gizzards even though she clearly said they didn’t have any. When we go inside to show them that we got charged for the gizzards and did not receive the family sides. The cashier lady got an attitude with my wife and yells at another worker “here just give them what they want”. Then the worker says do I still want my gizzards since they magically now have some. So I regrettably say yes. We get home only to find that they didn’t even put fries in one of the tender meals and the other one had 4 skinny and small tenders. The macaroni was LITERALLY just watery noodles. And worst of all the gizzards where old. Like maybe sitting for hours old. Will NEVER be back to this sorry establishment. Read moreMy experience was for an in-store visit. I was taking someone who had never eaten at this franchise before and we dined in right before noon. The restaurant had 8-10 staff that I could see. When we walked in, there was one diner and no one waiting to be greeted or served before us. The encounter was SO awkward! Several people just looked at us, and two even approached the register while we just stood at the counter awkwardly making eye contact to order. My lemonade was incredibly sour, definitely not a balanced mix, and I was served the wrong side. I was able to remedy the side issue quickly so points for that. It was a really awkward dining experience too because several times the staff complained loudly of the customers in the drive through and there was frequent loud cursing.
