My daughter went to grab a smoothie, a sandwich and a soup. We were extremely disappointed in the quality of the food and the taste. My daughter asked for a refund and was told “no we don’t do that.” He also said in a condescending tone that everything is written out so it’s her fault. That’s customer service? She didn’t get something from the mystery selection. She got things that were safe to order like a strawberry and banana smoothie, vegetarian sandwich and a chicken tortilla soup. In this era of quarantine and with no sit down restaurant options open, at least there is Dell’arte. I am getting sick of my Trader Joe’s cooking and most take out feels lack luster. But Dell’arte as a take out cafe has always been consistently great. My son just confessed (as I tried my hand once again at making my own salad with walnuts) that the only salad he likes is the Dell’arte chopped vegetable.
