
WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU ARE INTERNATIONAL BUYER. 3 CANCELLED ORDERS AND NO SIGN OF REFUND. Absolute nightmare company to deal with and has no idea of how to treat customers. No wonder so many other bad reviews on here. Appalling.
Tried to make online orders twice and had my cc charged then order cancelled with no explanation. Called them to find out why and no apologies offered and finger pointed at me saying it is my error. I entered all the correct details but their credit department decides to cancel the order as they don't recognise the shipping address. How about try to contact the customer first? Then 3rd time a lady on the phone actually was helpful however it is now too late as the order may not get there in time which was a gift for a friend and I have just spent unnecessary money on collectively an hour of international call from Australia to USA when they really should have sorted this out and taken the initiative as a business to get in touch instead of sending a generic cancel email that says if you didn't cancel this then we are just out of stock which is obviously not the case here on both accounts. Really unhelpful and backward eCommerce system and very disappointed with a company that keeps promoting themselves internationally without a solid eCommerce channel to back themselves up with. Beware because like me you could have 3 separate orders charged to your credit card and can't do anything but wait for the first 2 cancelled order to get refunded back to your card. Not happy.

I came to Anastasiaās because I thought they had experience in doing thicker fuller brows. I told the stylist SEVERAL TIMES, I like fuller fluffier brows. I showed her pictures.
I was feeling like she was over-tweezing. I reminded her to keep them full. She agreed.I asked to look at them before she started shading them, and my worst fear happened, she thinned them out, A LOT! from the bottom and the top!šØAnd they were rounded. I hate rounded brows!š I asked her why they looked so thin on top. She said she trimmed it more because the hair was so longā¦umm, of course itās long because I like a fuller brow!š¤¦š½āāļø What a waste of $60. I didnāt even leave a tipā¦and I always, tip but I just couldnāt. The damage had been done. I was so disappointed. I couldāve gotten thin brows like this at the mall for $20. I came here because I thought they would do a better job, nope! This was my first and only time getting my brows done here. Now I have to wait a few more months for them to grow backš© *She did a good job of shading them in, but the fact remains, she gave me thin brows when I asked to keep full. Nonetheless, the liquid lipsticks came out and I was too scared they'd run out so I ordered them anyway. Although, I never received a shipping notice, shipping was unbelievably fast! It took less than 2 days. In fact, I was still waiting for a shipping confirmation in my email when the lipsticks themselves came in the mail! Woohoo!
But then, I saw they messed up on my order :( I ordered three lipsticks, but one of them was not the one I ordered (I got Heathers instead of Vamp). So I called customer service; they picked up immediately; the lady was very nice and super professional. In less than a minute, she resolved the matter, had the correct lipstick shipped out to me, AND I get to keep the accidental one they sent out (four for the price of three). Couldn't be more satisfied, thank you ABH!!
P.S.: I don't doubt their customer service wasn't once up to par as the other reviewers suggest, however, keep in mind that ABH has grown considerably as a company within the past year, and with it, I'm assuming their customer service has improved too. So I would say, don't hesitate to order from...
