I went last friday with my friend and her kids for a casual friday night dinner out. The food came very fast and service wasn't bad, however when the check came I gave the waitress my bank card. I have text alert when I make a transaction. My card was first charged 10.80$ then again 30 seconds later it was charged the amount that was on the check. Not a word was mentioned that they charged my card twice in 'error'. I had to ask the gentleman there possibly the owner not sure, what that charge was...he says ohhh just an accident I refunded right away. Well my fault for not asking to see the voided transaction but I've yet to get the refund, its been over a week now and why didn't they tell me about the ertor ?! I myself had to ask???. I was very excited to go to this place and try it out because my boyfriend raves about it. Got there with him and we waited a little bit to order which was okay because I was indecisive. We ordered a scorpion bowl for two (basic I know) … ordered our food which was also basic , I was ready for another drink and babe totally wanted a mai tai and they never came back to our table. Had "lo mein." It was pad thai noodles with the nastiest sauce on it. How does a Chinese restaurant mess up lo mein??? I went once before and ordered Buddha's delight or something similar. Same nasty sauce. And both of those times that I went were during the daytime, maybe 2 or 3 PM, on a weekday. The restaurant was dark and empty except for about 4-5 people getting drunk and not ordering food. I think I understand why they didn't bother with the food now after trying this place twice.
