Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Beverly

I live in Beverly Ma since 2012,not the first time I received similar service from this location, the establishment is a open area where you can see what they are doing and as I should watch how my purchase is being handled by the person, for some reason this time the person call over another coworker that stood in front of my order and they start laughing and the older woman look at me , and the younger woman came back to the counter and I did say I don’t like people standing over my food I have to eat, and I hope I’m not being poisoned.the younger woman looked shocked and the older came with a smirk and handed me my banana boat! The Beverly Dairy Queen location was so unsanitary I will not be returning after today. First of all, I noticed neither of the two employees making ice creams were wearing gloves or hair nets, isn’t that a food service policy? And then the cashier that was touching all the DIRTY money decided to be nice and try to help by making my ice cream cone.. she didn’t use hand sanitizer, wash her hands or wear gloves. So I was too grossed out to eat the cone I paid for and felt bad complaining since the customer in front of me was returning her ice cream because it was wrong. I really think that needs to be addressed!! Also, the blizzard we ordered wasn’t even the right one. 🤦🏻‍♀️ This is the first time we’ve had an issue here but I am honestly too grossed...

Very friendly staff. Great menu. Pet friendly. Family friendly. Outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. Ramps on both sides of parking lot, Handicap accessible. Currently has "Happy Hour Specials" on weekdays. Limited menu but that's just Dairy Queen. Nice Patio tables & chairs with umbrellas outside in front. There's old wooden picnic tables with bench, in back of parking lot, to sit with your dog or rambunctious children. Very welcoming & accommodating, even with pets. Brought our dog with us for walk, stopped for an ice cream, they gave us an extra doggy dish of vanilla ice cream... We all had a great experience & now we go...
