Update, time line of these goes from bottom to top: They have become much more consistent. If this changes, I will be sure to report. Update: 11/15/2024 STOP BURNING THE BOTTOM OF THE PIZZA!!! This is happening far too often. I work long hours and sometimes can't stop to eat so when the pizza gets here and its not edible, its a more serious problem than just being hungry for a little longer. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!! Update: this upgraded rating from 2 to five stars is for whoever is making the pizza there on Friday. Another beauty! Picture map: Pic 1: under cooked Pic 2 and 3: burnt Pic: 4: Friday perfect Pic 5 and 6: Friday perfect Update a day later: got the pizza you are hoping to get from here Update: serious consistency issue. This time it was borderline burnt. Last time it was great. Sometimes it’s undercooked. I hope a kitchen manager sees this and cares. Guess I’ll finish cooking this? Shameful, you should be embarrassed having your name on the box this pizza came in.

Very disappointed, we ordered I large chicken pepper onion. The pizza way barley cooked and as I was walking out the kid handed me 4 dollars and told me they forgot peppers. The onions were completely raw and there wasn't much chicken at all not to mention the few pieces of chicken that were on it were massive and not cut up at all. On top of that the pizza was 33$ and not worth the price remotely.

I arrived to pick up my order and upon asking about missing chicken tenders, which are offered on the online ordering platform, I was told that they do not have those and never have. This also was the so called Margherita pizza is what the attached photo is. Burnt basil that is underneath the cheese for some reason, overly salty and just gross. Definitely spend your money elsewhere.

Went in to pick up large pepperoni pizza I ordered on phone. The young kid who took my order was the same guy who was at the register. It takes him 10 minutes to realize I'm at the register. Finally I tell him I am the one who called 20 minutes ago for large pepperoni pizza. He said "oh man I put in a large cheese, but I can throw some pepperoni on the pizza and put it back in the oven ". I had to pick up the kid at a certain time. So I took the plain cheese, when he gave me the box it wasn't secure at all and the pizza almost fell out. After I put the box together properly I realized the pizza was very uncooked. But when I was got home I realized because the little blonde hair kid who had hair over his eyes left me with a couple of his hairs on my pizza. So I threw the whole damn thing away. How can everyone have head gear on but the one kid with hair over his eyes doesn't? Who ever is the GM of this store, or manager or whoever the hell is in charge take care of this type of issue that should never happen in a restaurant. Regina Pizza you're better than this. My family and I buy 5 to 10 pizzas a week from you but after today that has ended. Treat your customers properly and like they matter, because in today's economy trust me they do. I wish...

A family staple for 15 years; consistent, and Bowie style for metro Boston pizza. Not fancy boutique pizza, not your regular old ‘Roast Beef & Pizza’ kind of place either. The crust is consistently satisfying - thick at the edges, but not too thick. The sauce is delicious, and the toppings we get (pepperoni and the occasional green peppers & sausage) are always great. We’ve picked up pies on the way home at Polcari’s, and we used to go to the Liberty Tree mall one until it (like most of the mall) closed up, and now am happy to be able to zip over to Beverly at the locations in the Cumming’s Center.
