Starbucks — Restaurant in Bexley

There was a lady working by herself at a perfectly fine pace. Then another woman showed up to help her. Instead of making the drinks in the order that they were ordered, the other woman began to make the easiest drinks first. I do understand that their job is difficult.

I ordered a Venti Cafe Vanilla Frappuccino with soy milk and whipped cream. It’s basically a vanilla latte in the form of a Frappuccino. This is not considered an easy drink. When I finally got my drink, it was a Grande Vanilla Bean Frappuccino, without a lid. I then told her I ordered a Venti Cafe Vanilla Frappuccino. She then made a Venti Vanilla Bean Frappuccino. When I told her I ordered a Cafe Vanilla Frappuccino, she told me it was.

I have anxiety, which made it difficult for me to stay in the store, so I had to leave because I was so furious. I have never been so frustrated over food. When I went to the car, I tried the Frappuccino. IT WAS A VANILLA BEAN FRAPPUCCINO. I don’t like Vanilla Bean Frappuccinos.

I know this may sound bratty, but I was very impatient today, and this was not the first time my order was messed up at this location.

I forgot to mention that my drink was not filled all the way, and instead of remaking my drink, she put it in the blender again, and just added...

New lady that works in the morning is not nice at all. She doesn’t write anything down and then asks you about 5 questions about your drink but acts like it’s your fault...

I ordered unsweetened chai latte and they still put in some sweetener, workers look like they have randomly been picked...
