The Biddeford MacDonald's has become strife with problems in the last few months. What used to be a well organized convenient MacDonald's has become a place to avoid. Ex: Saturday night, Nov 3rd, I took my grandson. We were the 4th vehicle in line in the drive through. After palcing our order, it took 15 mins just to get to the pay window then upon arriving at pick up, not one piece of our order was ready. On top of that, I had ordered 2 McFrappe's. I watched as the young man working the window, repeatedly dropped the cups which he then would pick up to continue using. This finally resulted in him putting his three middle fingers INSIDE the cup before filling. I refused the frappes bc of this, stating why. He became verbally aggressive and unprofessional and dinied what I literally watched him do. I finally gecame angry and asked for the manager which he mocked then went to get when I continued to challenge him on his unsanitory behavior. He spoke to the manager who told him to just remake them o which he responded "she doesn't want me to" (correctly). The manager made them and delivered them to the window. She offered to apologies and in fact, did not engage me at all. I held back from taking them and explained what happened. Her response...shrug of the shoulders and an "I'll speak to him". This is just one incident of many which also include friends and family who have regularly gone there for years. We will all be going to Burger King across the street now and I urge others to do the same. Poor sanitary issues and lack of management to address these issues make this a very unhealthy...
Read moreThis morning I was rather looking forward to a McDonald's bagel egg and cheese. One car in front of me for the drive through. I make it up to the speaker to place my order and Noone comes over the speaker to acknowledge I am there which is fine but I continued to sit there. I finally spoke into the speaker to see if anyone was there and to my supreme a female came over the speaker with a snappy attitude saying she would be with me as soon as she could. I feel her frustration could've been avoided had she acknowledge I was there but would be right with me or something aside from the snappy attitude after she failed to acknowledge customers waiting to order..needless to say my $5.00 sandwich wasn't worth waiting for with an unacknowledgable attitudey McDonald's associate. Read moreI went in there for an interview. i don't remember what the cashier name was but isn't really important. i Walked up to the cashier and told her i was here for an interview, She told me she was in the middle of an interview (which i was able to see) and that she would be right with me, The hiring manager walked into the back after she was done with the pervious interview. 15 minutes go by and nobody has spoken to me, I get up and ask the cashier again and i was told the same thing, another maybe 15 minutes pass, and she's interviewing a different person that wasn't in there when I had arrived. After she goes into the back and grabbed her things and waited while telling everyone else that her boyfriend would be picking her up. So i order a mc chicken and a small fry and waiting 10...
