Wednesday Aug 25, 8:30 went through the drive thru and the lady was rude she answered my husband's question but rude and condescending. We pay with another girl who was very polite. Drive up to the window to get our food and she's still giving my husband rudeness attitude, he asked her what the drinks were because she just handed them out the window. He was trying to be friendly and make her smile but she just kept with her attitude and didn't hand us the food she acted too busy to, so a young man did. I understand she's probably tired or not like dealing with customers but if that's the reason for her attitude pick another job where you don't work with customers. Our food was a bit cold we asked for large fries and got medium drinks had hardly no ice... it's always one thing or another every time I visit Wendy's here in Big Spring my hometown. Last time they never waited on me and my son, we waited and waited and no one came to the speaker nothing. Another time they just acted like they didn't see us. Read moreSpent half my lunch waiting on the receipt they were supposed to hand me at the drive thru. Spent 10 minutes waiting in my vehicle at the front because they told me to pull up there. Went inside for the remaining time and listened as the ENTIRE front staff complained amongst themselves about no one knowing what the other was doing. The lady who took my order and card at the drive thru kept motioning to some employee who was in the bathroom, as only THEY could get my receipt. That employee came from the bathroom and straight to the counter despite a sign that states they are supposed to use the adjacent hand washing station before assuming any back of kitchen Duties to tell me that the lady who just left should have been the one to give me my receipt. After all this I still had to wait while they remade half my order, with absolutely no regard for the time it has cost my lunch hour. Toward the end they offered to 'take care' of my order issue by giving me a pics piece of cheese to put on the sandwich they made incorrectly. Still never got the receipt. Read moreWas highly disappointed in the service and in the food! Arrived at about 9:15 PM it location was quite slow at this hour. It was only one customer in the lobby and no customers in the drive-through. I was the only one a very slow response time to respond to take my order upon receiving my food and drinks which it’s took quite a while just to make one grilled chicken, ranch wrap, and some sauce nuggets. The employee that brings them out doesn’t even know which vehicle they belong to so there’s very poor communication the drinks I ordered were wrong. My grilled chicken wrap wasn’t even warm.
