City Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Billings

This is the second time they’ve completely screwed up a simple chai. I said PLEASE NO ESPRESSO cause last time I got espresso when I did not ask for it “we never do it unless you ask for it” I also ordered oat milk because I have an ALLERGY, but I got regular milk. I asked her “do you remember me saying oat milk” she said “yes did it not get in there?” I said no this is regular milk and I have an allergy but I’ve already been here for half an hour so I have to leave. The coffee is much better tasting than other kiosks (especially mountain mud bleh) and is fairly priced. maybe too much ice in the iced drinks but good nonetheless. The food however is not. I haven't tried any of the pastries but im sure they are fine cause how can you mess up a pastry. their hot food is overpriced and just plain cheap tasting. I got the breakfast burrito and it tastes like they bought it from mcdonalds and slapped 3 extra dollars on the price tag. It was not worth 4.95... again coffee is amazing food...

The service and friendliness I received while getting my coffee the other morning was incredible! The ladies were so kind and carried the conversation through the window during the duration of my visit. My drink was absolutely perfect, and had been inconsistent at other city brews in Billings.
