I was immediately greeted, so quick in fact that I didn't realize they were talking to me! Let them know that it was my first time visiting and they got SO excited! It was kind of awesome. I asked what they would recommend and without skipping a beat she asked me a few questions about my preference (less sweetness, more coffee taste) and if I wanted to be surprised. I was game so why not?
While waiting, I asked what coffee they were using: a customized roast from one of my local favorites, Revel Roasters. I was instantly perked up at hearing this and couldn't wait to see what I got. Triple shot Heath Mocha. It was love at first sip!
I usually hit City Brew as my go-to spot, but I just don't know if I can do that anymore...Classy & Sassy are just far better.

After ordering and paying they informed us that they were out of green tea base and that it was a seasonal drink. We said it was okay and we can order something else, she seemed rushed so we just told her to give us 2 more swirl drinks so she didn’t have to wait for us to look through the menu. She told us that we would have to pay the difference for the drinks which was a little annoying since we already paid and they didn’t have what we wanted but we said okay and paid. Once we got our drink we agreed they were good drinks but 7 dollars for this? Once I bit into my sandwich it was frozen, the whole egg was frozen. Read moreI have been to the classy n sassy kiosk on Broadwater multiple times. I have received fairly good customer service and very tasty drinks. I have had some fair unsatisfying experiences as well. There was an occasion when one of the baristas was talking poorly about customers because they were trying to close and people kept ordering coffee despite there being 15 minutes left until close. In addition, I have had two occasions where they had given me the wrong drink. This morning, I had ordered a Red Bull charger and was asked to pull forward. The lady gave us the white chocolate mocha that we had ordered. When told we had another order, the lady came back with a perfect start. The cup had so many cracks and spilled all over my car and clothing. I did go back and asked for my original order and gave them the previous drink back. I had only drank it down enough to not spill out the cracks of the cup. I was then charged $9 for the new Red...
