Seems like every time I buy food from this place for delivery it never shows up with the order being complete or done correctly. They're always forgetting either the chips, drink, or the way the sandwich its self is supposed to be made. It's a constant thing that my girlfriend and I have started to joke about. Unfortunately it's a thing that has happened so much to the point I feel the need to write a review. To add to this, when they do mess up it feels like they don't take any sort of accountability. I understand trying to avoid theft but I have had to have them remake my sandwich a number of times and had to sit and wait from them to show up with a new one then give them the old one back to waste. It's now getting to the point where they are just having somone run me out the sides that were supposed to be on the sandwich so I can assemble it myself at home adding to the wait time before I even eat. This happening a few times, I just sucked it up and dealt with it but now it's gotten to the point that I don't understand if the are able to read orders. Seems under qualified for the simplest of tasks. As a regular customer, I'm disappointed and they are not only wasting my time but also their own because they are unable to do their jobs right the first time. I would not recommend ordering food from this place. It used to be "freaky fast delivery" now I just want them to make the order correctly so I can eat and go about my day.

Read moreOrdered delivery, and after an hour the food finally says it’s delivered (i live 6 minutes away from the restaurant). I look outside my door and there’s no food there. I call the restaurant and the driver says he dropped it off at a different apartment, despite me clearly listing my correct apartment number and specific directions as to which unit to go to. They suggest I go look at my neighbors for the food and stated “I guess I should’ve double checked the apartment number before I left.” It isn’t outside the neighbors door because he’d taken it inside his apartment already. I call the restaurant back and the guy goes “oh ok. I guess I can have that resent to you if that’s what you want.” Ummm I paid for it, so yes that’s what I want. The new order gets here and my neighbor decided to step out of his apartment and give the driver back the food he had taken that was wrongly delivered. The driver gives it to me and says “no charge for the other order” as if giving me an order that has been touched and opened by a stranger is a favor to me. Read moreI ordered a sandwich that came with so much mayo that was all you could taste. I called the store & they said they always put mayo on them. (I must of got a sandwich maker that has stock in the mayo company) I couldn't eat it so I threw it away. I called the store to order another sandwich with a coupon I had, I was also put on hold without asking because they employees have no idea what to do if a customer complains or has a problem. They wouldn't deliver it. They I'm taking my business elsewhere also. I also texted and emailed everyone of my contacts on my computer and phone & told them of my experience & advised them not to patronize this establishment.
