Levity Bar and Casino — Restaurant in Billings

My wife, Pam, and I love this place. We like sampling the Bistro Menu after a movie at the Shiloh Complex. We like the periodic sales of over-stocked or no longer available wines at ridiculously reasonable prices. (Advice: get there as soon as possible or the really good values will be gone) We have only been to one or two special events and/or weekly tastings and special dinners but they were terrific. Been in a few times here and there over the past couple years as I used to live in the area. Just recently decided to drop by and have a drink and throw a 20 in the machines. I have to say, compared to what this place was when it opened vs now... man, y'all upped your game. I think his name is Josh, but he's the dude. Holds conversation well, super attentive to everyone on the machines, and genuinely gets a great laugh out of me every time this dude speaks. I've been to Levity many times and have enjoyed. Nice food and great place to meet. I hate being negative...but our waiter.a young man who never introduced himself or had a name tag was very slow and had a problem with oders or understanding what we wanted. Given a dirty glass, had to go up to cash register to.get attention. It could be it was fairly busy and he was alone. Not sure I'll return if service...
