Shiloh Crossing — Local services in Billings

Being an AMC stubs premier A-list member (Yes I can see three movies a week) As far as movie theaters go I'm sad to say this one's not my favorite. There are a few teenagers here that you can tell care about the place. Sadly it seems the majority of the management and younger teens working here could care less. If you go for a matinee it's typically pretty dirty and most of the staff are hard to find. If you have an issue I have yet to have a straight answer. The theaters are typically dirty (I've actually sat in gum twice in the last month) and the restrooms although they post the sign informing you to tell them if the facilities are dirt y(which you shouldn't half to) are typically pretty bad. Yes men are animals I know, and they pee everywhere, I know, but for us who am it's gross to always half to smell urine and wipe off a seat if we need to use the restroom. So all of that aside I still feel like this theater is the most up to date in the area and provides the highest viewing and sound quality. Went there for Mother’s Day and it was on a matinee time and the place was dead and very messy…the employees seem to look like they didn’t care to be there and not only us but other customers weren’t given their 3D glasses or guided to the direction of our shows…there were customers having issues with the ticket printer and trying to get employees attention and seemed ignored…the employee who helped with our drinks and goodies wasn’t friendly and sadly looked like a zombie…I didn’t see any management out helping and so it was very...

I was not expecting to see all the "extra" visual displays they had here. I live out of town and just stopped in to see if they had something I was looking for. There were plenty of staff to help. They had a wide range of items too. The display of the wildlife in their natural habitat was impressive. I loved the large aquarium and Ferris wheel.
