I have had the pleasure of working with Ben for over a year now on numerous jewelry projects and purchases. During this time Ben has earned my respect but most importantly my trust. His knowledge and experience in the jewelry field is exceptional and his customer service skills are what set him apart from anybody else in the industry and make him one of the very best.

A couple things Ben has done for me involved some heirloom rings several generations old. One was to be left in its original condition but needed restored. When it was done it looked almost brand new. I was in tears when I saw it. The other piece I had completely redone and made into a new ring. When I saw the final piece, it literally took my breath away, it was absolutely gorgeous. It was redone exactly as I had envisioned. In fact, it exceed my expectations.

Through the process Ben kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I was in the loop. I received pictures of the design and a wax mold to make sure it was what I wanted before it was created. My schedule was extremely hectic and it was not always easy for me to get to the store. Ben went out of his way to make this as easy as possible for me.

The pieces we have purchased there are always exactly what I want. When my husband goes solo Ben always knows what direction to point him in because he has taken time to get to know me and my taste in jewelry.They always have a beautiful selection and if they don’t have what you’re looking for he will be sure to find it or help you design it and make it for you.

I could never give Ben enough praise or credit for his impeccable customer service skills, knowledge, and the ability to always make you feel welcome. I will for sure be a customer of Ben’s and Goldsmith Jeweler’s for Life.

Whenever I am in the market for jewelry I always go to Goldsmith Gallery Jewelers! Whether it is to purchase for my husband or to place on my list of wants that I would like to have relayed back to my husband! Their jewelry is truly high quality top of the line, they will even go above and beyond and help you customize a one of a kind gorgeous piece! First of all, I'm an average guy that works construction, drinks beer, etc, etc....so going into a jewelry store is not one of the things that anyone that knows me would expect. But since my wife and I were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary, I decided it was time to upgrade her ring finger a bit. When I walked into Goldsmith Jewelry, I was immediately impressed by the building and the atmosphere. I instantly felt at ease wearing street clothes and a ball cap. I was greeted by Ashley. She was very pleasant and asked me a few questions about myself as well as my wife and listened to what I was sort of looking for. She was more than happy to show me several options and explained them very well. I think she could tell that the options she was presenting weren't quite what I was looking for but she kept giving more ideas to consider. Then it donned on me that I wanted a yogo sapphire, and instantly she was able to put together a set that engulfed a few of my preferences and with her knowledge and experience I felt very good about the ring set. The process of purchasing was made very simple and the gift wrapping and presentation was incredible. We made an appointment for sizing and since Ashley was off that day, she set us up with Ben, who treated my wife like the most important person in the store. We were treated to wine and a beer while we waited for the jeweler to finish up.
