McDonald's — Restaurant in Billings

Terrible service. I ordered through the drive thru and wasn’t done ordering when the guy told me “I’ll have a total for you at the window,” and I proceeded to say I wasn’t done ordering can I get a sausage McMuffin please, then he said your total is $3:49. So I pulled up to the window where you pay and he didn’t have my order correct so I told him my order, and I paid. I went to the next window and the lady asked me “you had a Carmel macchiato” then I explained I had a sausage McMuffin as well and she told me to pull up to the side of the building and then I asked for ketchup with it as well, then she glared at me and said sure as she breathed heavy in annoyance then slammed the window shut. I then waited for someone to bring my food out then when the lady finally came out she stood there and rooled her eyes and told me to pull up and that she couldn’t reach so I did and looked in the bag and never got ketchup either. Moral of this all is that the employees have terrible attitudes and should not being working customer service, I myself work at a restaurant so I know how customers should be treated. Went thru the drive thru got a 10 piece nugget for my kids to share for a snack along with an ice coffee. Got home split the nuggets up between two(five each) and a nugget was missing. Called to complain because they ripped me off a nugget. I paid for a 10, they only gave me nine. The manager said well, I guess if you come back I can replace your one missing nugget.

How about making sure you guys in the kitchen can count correctly then count them again so I don’t have to call and complain at all. Not worth my time loading my kids up and driving all the way back wasting gas, because your team messed up and miss counted.

After ordering they handed me my drink and asked me to pull around the side. I waited for awhile for a pretty small order before they finally brought it out to me. They did not bring me a straw so I asked for one and she said she would go get me one. She went inside came back out and handed other people their orders and said I'll be right back with your straw. She didn't think to grab one instead of making 2 trips? After I left I realised they didn't put any dipping sauce in the bag that I ordered either.
