Stars n Stripes Lounge & Casino America’s Event Center — Restaurant in Billings

This place has some potential, once they learn what they are doing! They are a new restaurant, this was there 7th day open. Grand opening is on 11/11. My wife and I both ordered dinners with garlic mashed potatoes, just looking at her's you could see they were seasoned, mine were plain mashed potatoes. I commented to our waitress twice, the second time she went in the kitchen and yelled to the cook so he wouldn't make that mistake again. I still didn't get the garlic mashed potatoes I ordered. I also had to ask for butter for our potatoes, we got some but the potatoes were not hot enough to melt the butter. My bbq ribs were prepackaged ribs that must have been heated under a broiler? The bbq sauce was burnt, tasted like it had been dropped in the ashes of a charcoal fire. My wife said her pot roast looked like "cat food", the meat was all crumbled, no slices, then covered with gravy. We had to ask for spoons so we could eat our soup. The potatoe bacon soup was actually quite good. The prices were at the higher end for a "family" restaurant, but would have been alright had the food quality be better, as is it was way...

This place is Awesome! Love Trish! Love Nikki! Love Cheslea! I Love Mike! Love twinkle! love Jessica! I have always had so much fun and been treated with respect, that I come back! I hate writing that there is one person that just is not a good asset to this place. Everytime I tried to get service on the casino side tonight, I was given a hold on hand.... I'm busy sign He was busy drinking shots or playing in his phone. I have been a bartender and casino runner in this town for 38 years. There are good employees and then there is someone who needs to have a talk to improve his performance. Chris needs that talk! Everyone deserves a second chance.... There is a time to do shots and be cool with friends and play on his phone ... And there is a time to do your job the way that is expected to be done! My boyfriend Christmas party was her last night. The waitress did her best. But they put us in the conference room. It was clearly used as a storage room. The food well they didn't have everything on menu and when a group of 15+ are food was serve one plate at a time. For the drinks we could of walked to fiddlers green a block away to get are drinks and it would of been faster. I myself ordered a new York med. With twice baked potato and corn. My stake was still bleeding and the corn tasted like it has been reheated for a week. The mashed potatoes are gray that I got was the best thing on the plate.
