Three bad experiences rolled into one. First, at the drive-thru, I ordered two Famous Dave Combos. After I finished giving the order, the employee said "you wanted two combos, right?". I said "Yes, two combos". My wife was there and heard it all. Got to the window, and the employee read off the order which said one combo. I corrected and said "no, I order two combos". He looked confused and didn't know what to do. I assume he was a trainee and had to wait and get the manager. Secondly, as we watched the employee waiting for the manager, she finally came around the corner and appeared to be pissed-off to the world. Unpleasant behavior to the employee as well, but she did correct the order and walked away with no smile or words to the employee. Got our order and went home a couple blocks away. The meat was barely warm and kind of dry. My only assumption is that burgers were made many hours before and dried out in the warmer. Wendy's is know for their juicy burgers, but these were not like that. The next day, my wife was experiencing pain in her side and having bowel issues. We waited a couple days before going to a walk-in clinic, when the pain got extremely bad for her. The results was that she got an E.Coli infection that affected her kidney and urinary tract. Read moreWhen they ordered dinner, the guy with black fingernails told me the fries of regular fries. Weren’t ready to pull around. Waited for five minutes. I used to work at Wendy’s. It only takes 3 to 4 minutes for fries to be done in the deep fryer so five minutes I mean yeah it takes a minute to pull them out. Let them salt them blah blah blah. I waited an extra minute just in case After being told to pull around so I waited a total of roughly 6 to 7 minutes. Never got my regular fries or fries or whatever they said type of fries were on hold spent three dollars for him for a large fry but I’m just never gonna go back to that Wendy’s again because the customer service clearly sucks you get told to pull around wait there don’t even get your full order that you paid for so I would not recommend going back to that Wendy’s especially when that guy is working or when you only see one two vehicles in the parking lot, especially don’t go around 8:30 because clearly they won’t have anything ready and they don’t know how to bring you your fries when they tell you to pull around and I’ll...
Read moreUnpleasant experience with older female staff member who appeared to be somewhat in charge. Several errors / omissions to our order. Woman was training a new staff and was also quite unpleasant to him in front of customers. When we approached to request the correct burger, she denied there was an issue, but then told assembly workers of their failure. We then noticed that one of the two kids meals (orders to be exactly the same) had fries instead of apples. She denied this was an error and said, “ I made them myself”, even when shown the kid meal. Very rude attitude. She then came to our table with the error burger and the fries from the kid meal, along with the apples, and insisted we take it. It seemed that she was assuming we were trying to scam Wendy’s to get extra free food. She then asked us to find someone to give it to.
