Brought my husband in to eat here because he has cancer surgery the next day and we wanted a good dinner, well I ordered catfish with (baked potato xtra charge) and my husband ordered Grilled tuna and baked potato and onion rings. When the meal came the first few strips of catfish ( yes i said strips very small cut) were ok but then they tasted so fishy like mud cat! I ask waitress if it was fishy before I ordered and was told no they use buttermilk to hide any fishy taste so I was good with that answer. My husbands grilled tuna was 2 small thin pieces of tuna over cooked and dried out! I told waitress and she asked if id like something else so I ordered chicken fingers to play it safe. Chicken fingers came out and to say it tasted or even looked like chicken well it didnt. One piece looked like some kind of fish the rest were undercooked and shiny looking on the inside, never saw chicken look like that in a chicken finger. Rubbery and just not eatable. My husband finally got up and left as i waited on the waitress to come back and ask for our ticket and to let her know how dissatisfied we both were! She said Im sorry I will get your ticket. She came back and said since your meals were not good im giving you a discount. Well $4.50 off our $ 50.00 meal bill. I told her do you see all this un eaten food here, if it was good we would had ate it or took left overs home! All your going to do is offer us $4.50 off our bill? She said yes thats all i can do as a manager the owner does not allow us to take a meal off the bill just to replace some item. Ok well we tried that with the catfish to chicken fingers and all 3 meals we have here is not good at all so I guess what a $50 meal deal looks like is eating 2 baked potatoes and onion rings and 2 cokes!! She said yes that all i will do. I told her we wont be back and im writing a review and she just said ok smiled and walked away. This was such a bad meal and experience all around! This was my husbands last meal before a serious stage 4 cancer surgery!! I so regret deciding to eat at this seafood restaurant! Seems no one cares at some restaurants where others will go far and beyond to please the customer! Ive never had anyone refuse to take a meal off a ticket ever! Thanks for...

Nice clean restaurant and men's room was recently painted and clean. Rest room could use a few hooks on walls/partition. Ordered breakfast. Everything was good, but not unique. The potatoes were french fried cube type...not what I was expecting. Service was great. They weren't busy at 10:15 so no wait on food. Food was served as soon as it came off the grill so temperature was still hot. This restaurant has 3 different seating areas on the same (second) floor. (Elevator and stairs for access). As you come off elevator, you're facing the dining room. To the left is the enclosed (with AC/heat) front porch area overlooking US 90/Beach Blvd in Biloxi. Nice dining area and on the shady side. The third area is to the right of the main dining room. It is an open but (roof) covered porch with plenty of seating, mostly in the shade depending on time of day. This area faces south overlooking the Mississippi Sound and sand beach. As such, you may see all types of small boats going by and beach goers. This morning, we outside guests had our own private air show courtesy of a Keesler Air Force Base C-130J Hurricane Hunter doing touch and go landings and take offs over the restaurant. Great photo Op. I would recommend even for just for the unique atmosphere as a nice place to unwind and enjoy good food. Oh, did I mention there is a bar if you're...

the disgrace of a restaurant . The customer service my parents received on Saturday May 20th was disgusting. When greeted by a MANAGER about what they would like to order they were told that another party had come in and if they didnt order then and there they would have to wait for him to come back in 45 minutes. They handled that calmly and stated that they would just have a pitchers of beer and wait to decide. The manager refused to serve more than one pitcher of beer to someone who was not drunk nor belligerent even though they were just trying to patiently wait because obviously they were not as important as other customers. This "manager" was also extremely rude to coworkers and almost had a young girl that he was training crying! At one point the "manager" turned around and slammed the kitchen door while being talked to by my parents. The point is that they even heard that this place was not good from people coming out of the place but yet they liked the look of it and are there vacationing so they thought they would give it a try. They were treated with no respect and my mother even sat in the car for the rest of the visit because of the service. This is absolutely not the way to run a business. The one star on this post is more than i would even like to give...

I decided to follow my gut. This restaurant had only 4 stars (compared to the one in the corner that has more stars and was disappointing), yet we decided to give them a shot. Being over all fries, we decided to order some of their specialities: Po-boy. Being fun of crab cake, I ordered a Crab-cake Po-Boy ($19) and my husband ordered a Grilled shrimp salad ($14). Having a sensitive stomach, the waitress asked me if I prefer regular ranch dressing or cajun ranch dressing. As undecided as I am, she was generous to bring both dressings. The Po-Boy was out of this world, very generous pieces of crabs cake in addition to the zucchini inside. The salad has a good bite, plenty of shrimp that were freshly made, very soft, perfect size for a salad, and the dressing was more than enough (yes I end up having the cajun ranch dressing, very tasty). Who can tell you can have a full meal for less than $15 ! I wish we had this range of price and quality in NY! We sit outside in the porch, near the water, it was a nice breeze and fresh air. We would come back again before leaving to NY.
