Read moreMy first time writing a one star review. Drive thru was very slow and the lady we spoke with at the order screen and window was astoundingly rude. She kept cutting off our order and became very short tempered when she couldn't hear us ordering. No efforts were made to make the experience better, only more and more hostile behavior. When we pulled to the window she didn't greet us at all and only told us our total and began handing out our items with no communication and dropped some stuff in the road and then closed the window immediately without even acknowledging or apologizing. When she handed us our milkshake it had a mess all over the side of it as well as on her hands and did not offer to clean it even after we'd mentioned it. Overall very poor customer service. Read moreHorrible customer service from the manager. It was very busy which I know personally that it can’t be helped. I have about 8 years of fast food service under my belt but I try to be understanding. I waited 20 mins before I got to the box. Once I reached the box I said hello 2-3 times with no response or acknowledgment, so I assumed maybe the speaker or headset went out. Waited 10 mins before I reached the window. I explain I just wanted ONE milkshake and but no one would take my order. She was getting an attitude, yelling you need to go drive back around and order at the box. The line was already ridiculously long and I wasn’t gone wait when they didn’t follow protocol.
