Absolutely hated it I wish there was some negative Stars you can give someone last two visits I was turned away from service I sit in the Drive-Thru for almost 15 minutes and then just to get up to the window and be told that sorry we are closed even though it was still an hour from the time that they closed it would have been an hour and 15 minutes the other time their system was supposed to be down in the team member look like she was high on life amongst many other things . If I was to review this place on a scale from -100 to 100 it would without a doubt be the negative 100 and bottom out. But to simplify my review I would recommend eating out of a dumpster before wasting my time effort or even money that is if you even get waited on. I actually had ample time to video one of the team members propped up against the counter on his phone doing his best to not make eye contact or acknowledge my presence, literally tapped my horn to get any sort of attention. This is the location I am referring to in the pictures below. If it says closes at 2am then why are they refusing to take orders well...
Read moreLast year, I gave this restaurant a 5 star review. This year, I have to change it to a 1 star. Went in around 6pm to try the new Good Burger and was greeted with a welcome back to Arby's. That was nice, I gave the greeter a smile and nod. I guess that wasn't good enough for her because she completely ignored us for at least 5 minutes. She handed another customer their food while on her cell phone and turned away from us, still talking on the phone. My husband asked if someone was going to take our order, and no one answered, no one even looked our way. I now understand why they are letting so many people over the border. These lazy, entitled, uninspired people working right now need to be replaced with people who will appreciate having a job and don't mind serving customers with a smile. Read moreFirst off I visit this location often and the Mgr Diane is friendly and the older black male supervisor is friendly and welcoming, the food is great I only eat select items from the menu, but my issue comes from a certain lobby cashier that is seems to not have the best attitude when interacting with customers she doesn't acknowledge people when they step to the desk and there isn't any direction when the orders are up she just puts them on the counter and walks off, she asked if I would donate to a foundation I replied NO and she rolled her eyes.. I asked for a receipt and she told me the machine isn't working then said it isn't printing clearly then she proceeded to throw away receipt that were clearly printed she isn't the best face for that location with the nonchalant vibes...
