Only leaving a positive review specifically for the general manager Janice Kelly!!!!! She is very kind, courteous and professional with serving customers and resolving any issues. She definitely deserves a raise and promotion for her hard work and professionalism!!! On the other hand, the drive thru worker named, Samiya, needs to be terminated and/or disciplined for her rude attitude and unprofessional behavior. On Monday, June 9, 2025 at 12:30 pm I asked Samiya for a receipt twice with no response from her and I asked her a third time which caused her to yell and scream at me through the drive thru window saying, “I Heard You” which the general manager witnessed her doing. Samiya walked off and the general manager came to the window and informed me she needed to get some more paper to print the receipt. After I made my complaint the general manager, Janice Kelly, apologized and gave me a refund and stated Samiya will be written up for her poor behavior.

Got my order correct with modifications. Polite in drive thru window and gave a pleasant experience. 5 stars for being one of the best Arby's experiences multiple times. Edit, removal of stars for wasting my time and messing up the order. Then not answering the phone to make it right. Ordered 3 things, fried turkey special, no sauce, with large curly fry 1 turkey gyro, no sauce Confirmed with drive thru guy no sauce. He then offered me sauce and made the joke that I didn't want any because I left it all off already. I get to work and my sandwich was covered in sauce. I can't leave work to go back. Wasted 10 solid minutes calling the store and got no answer. Dropped from a 5 star to a 2 star . Only reason you kept the second star is the nice guy who was working the drive thru.

I usually dont post negative reviews unless i have had more than one issue at a place. Ive had MULTIPLE issues here. This time I've gotten subpar food. The sandwich bread was soaking wet on top. Open it up and it has a smell that is not roast beef. The meat was disgusting and mushy. What's worse, the lady handed me my bag, confirming it was the double and the guy in the back said no, this double. They swapped out my sandwich before giving it to me. I did not eat it and now, I don't even trust the drink. To serve food that is this nasty is just wrong. Don't waste your money going here. Absolutely disgusting smell and look and feel to it.

I usually dont post negative reviews unless i have had more than one issue at a place. Ive had MULTIPLE issues here. This time I've gotten subpar food. The sandwich bread was soaking wet on top. I ordered the King fish sandwich that I saw advertised on television. I went through the drive thru and placed my order. I also ordered a large Jamoca shake.

The girl who took my order was very courteous. When I paid for my order I asked for my receipt, she said that there was no receipt available.

When she gave me my shake, I told her that it was not a Jamoca shake, she said that it was. What she did realize is that I watched her make it. She put the syrup in the bottom of the cup and added vanilla icecream on top of it and she didn't mix it.

I wasn't going to argue with her, I just wanted my food and go home, it was raining and cold. She gave me my fish sandwich. When I got home I was upset because on the bottom of the bun was little pieces of cut chicken in the bun.

I had to leave my home and go back out in the rain and return the food. I told the lady, I wanted my money back and she gave it to me. She looked at the bun and apologized and told the person who was preparing the food to wipe down the board that the food was prepared on. I told her that it was not sanitary to prepare food on a nasty board.

She apologized, what if I had ate the sandwich and got sick because of the unsanitary conditions that the sandwich was prepared. I started to take a picture.

Needless to say I will not be eating this Arby's location again. It's to big of a...

I came here around 8:20pm, there were about two cars in the drive through when I pulled up to order. After ordering I pulled to the window and was hand food where I was missing an item. They informed me that I hadn’t been charged for the missing item, which was no big deal, I placed the order for them and pulled ahead to wait as ask. While I’m waiting I decided to check my boyfriend burger so we ordered with NO ONIONS due to his allergy to them, well it indeed had a TON , I took it inside and they assured me they’d remake it right away and it would be out with my cheese sticks, STILL NO BIG DEAL. So I’m waiting, waiting and waiting and realizing they have served all 10 cars that were behind me and I’ve been waiting on my burger and cheese sticks for 20mins now. I asked for some kind of apology or at least SOME acknowledgment for my wait but was only told by an employee that “their manager told them to come tell me there’s nothing to be done...
