I ordered the King fish sandwich that I saw advertised on television. I went through the drive thru and placed my order. I also ordered a large Jamoca shake.
The girl who took my order was very courteous. When I paid for my order I asked for my receipt, she said that there was no receipt available.
When she gave me my shake, I told her that it was not a Jamoca shake, she said that it was. What she did realize is that I watched her make it. She put the syrup in the bottom of the cup and added vanilla icecream on top of it and she didn't mix it.
I wasn't going to argue with her, I just wanted my food and go home, it was raining and cold. She gave me my fish sandwich. When I got home I was upset because on the bottom of the bun was little pieces of cut chicken in the bun.
I had to leave my home and go back out in the rain and return the food. I told the lady, I wanted my money back and she gave it to me. She looked at the bun and apologized and told the person who was preparing the food to wipe down the board that the food was prepared on. I told her that it was not sanitary to prepare food on a nasty board.
She apologized, what if I had ate the sandwich and got sick because of the unsanitary conditions that the sandwich was prepared. I started to take a picture.

Read moreI came here around 8:20pm, there were about two cars in the drive through when I pulled up to order. After ordering I pulled to the window and was hand food where I was missing an item. They informed me that I hadn’t been charged for the missing item, which was no big deal, I placed the order for them and pulled ahead to wait as ask. While I’m waiting I decided to check my boyfriend burger so we ordered with NO ONIONS due to his allergy to them, well it indeed had a TON , I took it inside and they assured me they’d remake it right away and it would be out with my cheese sticks, STILL NO BIG DEAL. So I’m waiting, waiting and waiting and realizing they have served all 10 cars that were behind me and I’ve been waiting on my burger and cheese sticks for 20mins now. On the other hand, the drive thru worker named, Samiya, needs to be terminated and/or disciplined for her rude attitude and unprofessional behavior. On Monday, June 9, 2025 at 12:30 pm I asked Samiya for a receipt twice with no response from her and I asked her a third time which caused her to yell and scream at me through the drive thru window saying, “I Heard You” which the general manager witnessed her doing.
Samiya walked off and the general manager came to the window and informed me she needed to get some more paper to print the receipt. After I made my complaint the general manager, Janice Kelly, apologized and gave me a refund and stated Samiya will be written up for her...
