A friend and I purchased two mattresses at the Montclair Road location very recently. The two staff members we interacted with, Bryant and Ariel, were super. To summarize briefly, both of them were personable, professional, and focused on understanding and meeting our needs. Thet made our shopping a pleasurable experience. We asked many questions so we could make an intelligent decision. They took time to answer to each one to our satisfaction. This is different from the experience we had when purchasing a mattress from one of their competitors during the December 2023 timeframe. I want to give a “shout out” for the wonderful customer service provided by Brian Francis yesterday at the Irondale, AL store. I am in the process of “doing my research” for buying a mattress/foundation. Brian was very knowledgeable, professional, engaging, friendly and helpful.
