Just went to the store at 8:49pm to order 3 10pcs meal, while walking into the store the lighter skin young man was asking if I ordered already I told him no and walked in the young man with the dreads looked like he wasn’t even interested to take my order he was leaning over the counter like he was at home. I told him my order and tried paying my card kept declining then realizing he was the one messing with the machine because money was on my card when I told them its okay cancel the order because their customer service was horrible these two young men seemed like they didn’t care at all and wanted to go home. He kept asking folks walking in if they order already I even asked him if they stopped answering the phone and he said he don’t I asked why if they aren’t loosing money he said you see ppl inside. Owner needs to send a secret shopper to their business because these boys I won’t call them young men because they were acting like little boys. I asked her what was the hold up with my order, she gone ask me do i want my money back with an "Attitude". After I told her I didn't want my money, I just wanted my order, she gone tell me I "Better Wait Then". Not sure who's child she thought she was talking to but she obviously had me F'd Up And i.let her know that, whixh she proceesed to tell me the same thing. I asked her for my M/F money back. She didn't even know how to give a refund. I see why some businesses don't last. It could've went left real quick. Read moreI've been a regular customer for years largely due to the convenient location. The wings are at best middle of the road.
But the last few times I've been the orders have been screwed up. Today I made a large order for a birthday get together. Several combo boxes.
The box in the bottom of one bag was supposed to have been a hot wing combo. Turned out to be just a box of fries with ranch dressing and celery. No wings and never had any wings in it despite being marked hot wing combo. Looked in the other boxes, no hot wings to be found. But they were listed on the receipt.
Couldn't get the order fixed because I had already left. But if I'd had them unbag and open each box to double check before leaving they would have given me attitude about it (past experience).
