Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Birmingham

Okay first I arrived at 8:15 I tried to order the calzone, they were out. So I ordered cheese bread with extra cheese, and garlic parmesean wings. I had to pull around n wait, I noticed everyone else getting their food. At 8:40 I finally inquired about my food, they had totally forgotten! So they said it was going to be 5 mins, I went back in at 8:58 n it still wasn't ready. Finally the bread was ready, but they forgot about the wings again. I heard the girl in the back say their ain't no more wings. But the cashier told her they already taken my money so she had to make them. 10 mins later she brought out the wrong ones, took them back n finally put the right sauce on them. They suck, asked for a supreme pizza with no pork so she said you want an all beef pizza and I said yes. After a long wait I finally got my pizza with EVERYTHING including pepperoni, so I took It back and the manager said OK you said all beef instead of no pepperoni !!!! Huh? And yes, the manager was rude and kept an attitude with every customer. Plus, when people told her they tried calling first but no answer she told them (real ugly way) they phone wasn't working.... LIE!!! and the pizza was horrible hardly any toppings and then after they corrected my order as I was leaving I overheard them telling another workerbthey were out of half the toppings, but failed to tell the customers...

Last night October 4,2025 at 9:03 p.m. me and my wife decided to have pizza from you guys fine establishment but we were greated so harshly. As soon as we walked in the door 2 female employees were both saying that they are about to clock out because they tired and that they didn't feel like making anything and went on cursing. It made us feel like we weren't welcomed at all!!! It's my belief that if you're working in customer service it's kinda implied that you don't mind looking out for your fellow man or woman,and the saddest part about it is i live in the area and I thought it would be a good idea to keep our money in our community, boy was i wrong....
