The food is always fresh and cooked to order. It only takes 10 - 15 minutes for them to cook it, even if you call in an order. I always get the whiting fish and fried okra. I ask that they sprinkle a little lemon pepper on the fried okra! That is the best taste ever. They make their own hot sauce if you don't mind paying for a cup! I wish I could buy a bottle of it, but they only sell it by the cup. It's the best tasting hot sauce by far that I've ever tasted. I am never disappointed over my order and I am a frequent customer. I have been gatekeeping this place for years. Their wings are the absolute right size and cooked perfectly if you ask them to fry them hard. It is the pure definition of a hole in the wall.
